If your both level headed, just comes to getting in writing and you both signing the contract and having it notarized. There's good free templates online, some come with subscriptions and have you pay the price after a week, just need to cancel it before then.

Separated and should be divorced any day now once the papers show up in the mail. E6 with over 15 in clearing 100k and I'm we both agreeded on 1200$ a month for child support in California. I gotta put up the house for sale soon and pay off her car with the money but in all I got a great deal. 50 50 split plus I get them every weekend. Just got lucky that she's not wanting the court to be involved.

Now you just did the same as I did and made a assumption on if I talked to any attorneys. Fun fact I talked to two. Both said to remain in the home as long as we both felt safe to be their. Arguments and disagrees can and will happen.
