So you agree that gender is partially a social construct. Scouts changed its policies more to fight shrinking membership than to appease feminists - many of whom agree with you that single gender spaces are important.
1) No politics didn't "strong arm" them. 2) The policy was always to mqintain single gender dens, OP misrepresented the policy change and the actors invloved. 3) If gender isnt socially constructed, why dont western women wear hijabs?
