Obviously an infant can’t “consent” in the same way a grown woman can to sex, so I’m not quite understanding the parallels here. I don’t think you can equate consent for sex to that of male/female circumcision because they’re two very different things. Rape could leave someone with ptsd/depression/a whole list of other possible health issues like STI’s, and the other just leaves you with different-looking genitalia.
