But it's not based on race, it's based on physical features. Pointing out race is only a connivence because it shows a particular set of characteristics on average. Dosnt matter if those particular characteristics are on a Hispanic or a white.

Those deeply ingrained biases are called DNA and it's what controls who or what your attracted to for the most part. That's why we see so many people of the same race together.

I should've phrased that differently. On average certain races don't appeal to me, that dosnt mean theirs a few outliers that I do find attractive. I do agree though the way those girls said that to him is extremely rude. I have a feeling that the situation he described might have been a little different from the actual scenario because to me it sounds a little suspect.

Theirs some races that I'm just not attracted to on average. Of course theirs outliers but that dosnt change the fact that overall I'm not gonna be attracted to a certain race. That's why we see so many people of the same race being attracted to each other because it's ingrained in our DNA. Theirs nothing racist about that and if their is then 99% are racist. We don't choose what we're attracted to. Your comparing subjective to objective.

People make it very confusing. It's very simple. Find out you TDEE using a calculator online then add 500-1000 calories to the total. Your TDEE is the amount of calories you use during your day so if mine is 2000 then I would 2500-3000 cals a day. Your also gonna want to get 1g of protein per pound of body weight and plenty of carbs. Chicken is good for protein and rice is good for carbs but your gonna want a varied diet also. Get a calorie tracking app like MyFitnessPal to track your calories. …

Same height here. Weight in at 145 but I was 155 before I injured myself. At 155 if your lean you look pretty good. My end goal would be around 170 lean

You feel more confident because you'll be bigger so that would improve game Girls are more attracted to guys with some mass It's impossible to tell if they would approach you but it would definitely help the chances of that happening. I wouldn't worry about all of that tho because your gonna discourage yourself from lifting if it's not producing immediate results. It takes a very long time to get big so if your 5"10 130 your not gonna really look like you lift until your like 170
