| 1 | College gap by sex and race.This perhaps has something to do with wanting to fix the leaky pipeline, where women make are a low percentage in the high academic ranks, by stuffing the beginning of the pipeline with women. It doesn’t solve why women ‘leak’ but it does increase the perceived gender equality for these high ranks.
