71	Stop chasing happiness No. That is complete and utter crap. You're advocating a life of asceticism instead of one of pleasure. You merely want to go from one extreme to the other. Very few men can function on either end of the spectrum. The goal should be a balance of happiness and achievement because you cannot have spiritual fulfillment if either are missing.
