Sorry, but that's not true. Medication is mostly tested on men due to lower hormonal differences between test subjects. Women's hormonal cycles make it difficult to compare results. I dont see an issue here at all. After going through the numbers it looks like woman write applications only when they fit the requirements better. That improves hiring percentage. No comparison between jobs but applications vs hiring. Think of it this way, would you apply for a job that fits you only 60% but you are confident you could learn the rest on the job? The difference in this case is pregnancy is voluntary, service is mandatory. The same is true here in Finland where every man has to do service. Military is 6/9/12 month and social is 13 month of mandatory, badly payed service. When I served I got 3,6€ a day! No choice. If a woman doesn't want a child than that is fine. The problem here lies in phrasing. Uncircumcised man have a higher chance of transmitting STDs due to germs living under the foreskin. With proper hygiene this can be nullified.
