Women always try to manipulate no matter how you think. Its funny that they get pissed off when you dont fall for their games.

Im at the point of not making anymore progress if there is nothing else to learn.

Rather be my best self than trying to be that guy for women who manipulate you.

i agree with #1 and have been spending more time focusing on my own. Asides from not being in a relationship ive done pretty well with where i am in my career and improvements made on physical appearance. #2 i think it depends if they were born/raised here and the type person they are, and there is only so much i can tolerate people being dumbed down. #3 i know who to avoid but i knew my friends since high school and are also close with their parents

True but even for children of the immigrants born here, they still face similar challenges (ie online dating)

As a persian (born in the us and living in the bay area) i know how the persians are in LA and i wouldnt want to be with those type of women they attract. I grew up in a middle class family and felt fortunate with the life i had knowing how my parents moved her to go to school without knowing anyone, and their own parents (who by the way are well off in Tehran) half a world away. I myself graduated from college here and work full time as a civil engineer, but at barely 100k you cant afford much …

No its not, especially when they are rich.

But your post implies they are not. Have you thought for a moment of the hardwork immigrants do to assimilate into the country, let alone get permission to do so? And when it comes to women its even more difficult due to attract someone when you are stereotyped, and would have to do more hardwork than some others would have to. Doing the things listed in your category is not even good enough and some of them only pertains to indians, again because of the stigmas of being one.

The post makes it seems like indians dont know how to socialize or take care of themselves. Infact for many of them they have to work much harder than guys of other races because of the stereotypes and stigma. Why not just move them into the corner of unattractive foreigners, the same one that middle eastern and Asians are in? The corner for stereotypically unappealing races amd accents?

There is an old saying that still applies in this situation. These things are only suppose to happen when people get married but i guess the ball and chain comes earlier than expected

Are women still racist for preferring white guys instead of minorities on tinder?

Lol. How about countries with the highest standard of living have the best equality laws (northern Europe/Scandinavia) while countries that treat women like crap (think the middle east) have pretty low living standards.

This is the problem with getting advice from women when it comes to dating. They can go on how all the things they want in a guy (including a guy being a nice gentleman) but what she needs is different. Im sure with the way you were raised, i wouldnt be surprised if both men and women mention to you about how you would be a great catch.

The 80/20 rule does apply, especially in a world where you are judges on everything and how you think of yourself doesn't really matter. There are women who know if you think of yourself too highly and will just see your success as a potential to other things rather than something they would find attractive or interesting

What is the point of a guy trying if he lives in a 80/20 or 90/10 world? For some guys they take their studies seriously, especially if they are in a STEM field, and also has to work in order to pay for tuition

I'm 33m and never had a great. Recently I decided to give up looking for someone. It feels much better to be single and not looking for someone, than it is to always be rejected and still struggle to find someone. I think I made the right choice and everything I've worked for in my life was done on my own. I don't see the benefit of being in a relationship.

What I would do if I was in your position is forget about how women thing about how you look. Just worry about how you feel about your appearance and if you want, tell yourself what you think can be done that will make you feel better with your appearance. At the end you should step out and feel good about your looks and confident enough to put yourself out there as a handsome guy. Do it, but dont expect anything out of it.

Nothing like taking photos of a girl you like just to see guys chase her and hearing her struggles about why she can't find a decent guy.

It seems like women these days are interested in men based on their looks and facial features. Everyone on here says go to the gym for guys who can't find a girl but that doesn't work, certainly had not for me. You are also an athlete which means you are in shape and confident to go out there and perform in a team setting. Unfortunately I have to agree with you and most fat guys I see with women are either in their league or below their league. Have you been asking women out in your league?

No it doesn't matter how you see yourself when it comes to dating. The high opinion you have of yourself is not always shared with everyone else

It is a waste of time attracting women but you certainly still get your shit together and not be doomed to a life of mediocrity.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
