My first thought exactly. Q: What are the differences between men and women? A: Well I'm a cunt so all other men must be.

These people will kill women's football in the US. They'll scream and shout and stamp their feet and say they want to encourage the younger generation, and in fact they'll just take money out of grassroots football in order to pay the greedy pro's more. The men get paid more because more people attend their games, they play at World Cups and Gold Cups and are broadcast to billions of people at times. Advertising income alone must be phenomenal when they play a tournament. But we all know this. A…

But not at the minute she killed someone. Work that one out.

It's simple. Ten women used public transport last year. Duh.

Yeah and slapping him in the face could cause serious damage - chances are she's got nails that could damage his eyes, and she slapped him like four times. The guy hit her once, clearly in self-defence, and that was that. If he hadn't, how much further might she have gone? The author of that article is a sexist pig.

We're talking about single men being lower priority because they are less at risk and pose a greater risk. Gender profiling?

It's also possible to report a hate crime as a third party - meaning that you don't have to have been there or witnessed the incident, and the police are obliged to investigate it. (I learned this after the Society of Black Lawyers reported Tottenham for "racist chanting" because they read the news once) If everyone on here reported it, it would not only be hilarious, but also impossible to ignore. https://www.west-midlands.police.uk/advice-centre/help-and-advice/hate-crime/reporting-hate-crime/…

Apologies, I read the thread as the article. You're right, with this article there is no context.

Did you not read the original thread? He paid for what he ordered.

Is this a pass? Woman potentially ruins a man's life, cries about it, and there's no further action? The guy should sue her for every penny she has, she deserves it after the post - literally making up a story that didn't happen.

Sounds like somebody already did!

My worry is this is the precedent it sets, considering there have been previous convictions for this. Or worse, maybe the CPS were worried that her assertion that shoe "couldn't be racist because only white men can" would actually hold up in court. Although as dysfunctional as they are, I'd still be surprised if they couldn't win that argument. Most likely they just weren't prepared to open up this whole can of worms, under intense media scrutiny, and took the easy option.

People have been charged and even jailed in the past and will be in the future, for transmitting offensive or threatening messages online. http://www.bbc.com/news/magazine-20782257 Personally, I don't think anyone should be charged, but I am 100% certain that had the hashtag said "killallblackwomen" or something of the like, charges would have been brought. Just pointing out the double standards.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
