Go To Kitchen Staples- What Ingredients & Tools Do You Have To Always Have On Hand? Thanks for sharing this recipe! Definitely giving it a try this weekend with my mom. | /r/RedPillWives | 14/06/18 11:30 PM
Go To Kitchen Staples- What Ingredients & Tools Do You Have To Always Have On Hand?Nature’s Seasoning! I use it in everything (except sweets of course haha). Since we’ve been together, my SO has started taking more of an interest is helping me in the kitchen and has perfected the amount of Nature’s Seasoning that goes into each dish. It’s his “job.” I also have at least three pounds of ground beef and several roaster chickens frozen at a time. My parents get us meat from old family friends that have a farm. In the fall/winter I have various types of deer meat products in the f… | /r/RedPillWives | 14/06/18 11:18 PM
Accountability thread! What did you do to make your home a better place today?I tackled the bathroom and deep cleaned everything! (Mostly because we have guests staying over tonight). I also finally got a nice rug for our living room. It really tied the space together. | /r/RedPillWives | 14/06/18 02:39 PM
Welcome to RedPillWives!! Who are we? Who are you? Let's get to know each other :DHello all! I'm brand new to this sub and looking forward to diving into the content. I (28F) have been with my SO (27M) for 2 1/2 years, and we very recently picked out an engagement ring, so the proposal is on the horizon (yay!) I am a criminal defense attorney and my SO is an electrician. We live together in a cute little apartment with our furbabies. We both enjoy running, golfing, and gaming. I have always believed that femininity is wonderful and powerful in its own right, and that women ca… | /r/RedPillWives | 12/06/18 06:39 PM
Sexual AssaultNo one should have to explain why no one deserves to be raped because it is so obvious. Your comment has nothing to do with truth seeking or TRP principals in general. The OP was about the the balance between keeping the responsibility for rape on the rapist while still being smart. Your comment did not address this topic, but challenged the comment that no one deserves to be raped. You essentially argue that some women are just “rapeable.” Comments like yours are why outsiders think TRP encoura… | /r/RedPillWomen | 11/03/18 09:08 PM

Anyone have advice for making new friends after being red pilled?I would echo what other have said, but also ask: Why do you feel like you need to make new friends? I ask, because when I embraced red pill, I did not tell my friends I was now red pilled, and maintained my friendships, even if we had different views. But I did realize that one friend in particular was volatile towards my views on relationships. I’m still polite to her, but I distance myself from her because I don’t have the energy to abide by her “rules” just so I don’t get lectured. For exampl… | /r/RedPillWomen | 27/02/18 02:48 AM
The Talk is Socially Retarded, Don't Do It.This is a really important topic. One of the most common questions women ask here is how to know if a guy they’re seeing will commit to them. The problem, of course, is there is no way to know for sure whether a man is willing to commit to you, because like sexual desire, the desire to commit can change. This is why RP emphasizes self improvement, for both men and women. One thing I would add is the role good intuition plays in girl game. The ability to read a man and his actions, and respond ap… | /r/RedPillWomen | 22/02/18 12:59 AM
You claim to be redpilled, but do you actually realize that the genders arent equal?Only 133? Hmm, I would have guessed much higher based on your so very well thought out arguments and articulate responses. As a side note, you simply provided assertions about your alleged masculinity, productivity, and intelligence, not examples. Are you willing to share examples? EDIT: I guess my attempt at sarcasm wasn’t clear. Oops. | /r/RedPillWomen | 30/01/18 08:24 PM
You claim to be redpilled, but do you actually realize that the genders arent equal?Exactly, both by how much we can get done in that time and by how much that time is worth monetarily. I charge by the hour. Twenty minutes of my time is worth approximately $160. | /r/RedPillWomen | 30/01/18 08:07 PM
A cake a weekI do! Sorry for the delayed reply, my app doesn’t always notify me of responses. For the strawberry cake I just use the Betty Crocker Super Moist cake mix. Some might think this is cheating but it’s so good I don’t care haha. Then I make the frosting by mixing a tub of Cool Whip with a mixture of a cup of milk, a quarter cup of powdered sugar, and a package of strawberry instant pudding mix (sometimes I use vanilla pudding too). The basic recipe for the better than sex cake is to make a chocolat… | /r/RedPillWomen | 30/01/18 08:01 PM

Do you get involved with politics? There are definitely social situations where it is best to avoid political conversation, and it’s an important skill to know how to identify those situations and bow out of the conversation gracefully. However, I personally stay “involved” with politics in various ways. I always vote. I pay close attention to my local and state elections, and new bills introduced in my state legislature. | 14 | Gaining Social GraceCultivating social graces is such an important (and often overlooked) skill. It always seemed to me that, at its core, social grace is a form of improv entertainment. I learned this skill by being involved with theatre, speech, debate etc. Obviously, as an adult, these activities aren’t as prevalent. The best piece of advice I got to help with being socially graceful was to let the other person talk about themselves until you find common ground. | 6 | Update: I passed the bar!Congratulations! Enjoy your swearing in ceremony! I don’t know where you live, but in my state, each newly minted Attorney is given their license by the Chief Justice of the state Supreme Court. It was awesome. My advice is don’t get lost in your work. When you first turn out its easy to agree to take on pretty much any client or project because everything is new and exciting. Resist that urge! | 1 | Will You Change Your Name? There might be something to that. My married gay male friends all either kept their own name or both hyphenated. Interestingly, out of my married gay female friends, there was always one who took the name of the other. Anecdotal evidence of course, but I never noticed until now. EDIT: a word. | /r/RedPillWomen | 12/11/17 05:33 PM
A Hygge WinterGreat post! Last winter my SO and I went shopping for comfy slippers during a vacation. He found a great pair at Cabellas that have a fur lining but also have a rubber sole with good traction so he can wear them outside quick (usually to take the dog out). I didn’t find slippers that fit, but I got this super cute plaid fleece shirt in a peach color that is cozy and feminine. A year later we snuggle on the couch with our finds and it’s also a nice reminder of our vacay. | /r/RedPillWomen | 12/11/17 03:04 AM
Will You Change Your Name?I feel like I could write a book about this question! My experience with the name change question is one of the things that led me to RPW. I always thought taking your man’s name was symbolic in many ways: it symbolizes to the world your commitment to one another, it symbolizes to the man that his woman chooses to become part of his family/life, and it symbolizes to the woman that her man has chosen her as part of his family/life. I always felt it was an honor for a man to “give” you his name. W… | /r/RedPillWomen | 12/11/17 01:48 AM
Sometimes talking to post wall shrews can be helpful. Not in my jurisdiction. You can only be charged for words if it is a threat of physical harm. For example: I’ll fucking kill you. We do not have an alienation of affection law (which in all US jurisdictions is a civil matter, not criminal.) | 8 | Sometimes talking to post wall shrews can be helpful.I guess I’m confused. You say there is an imbalance because men are no longer able to “put a woman in her place” without risk of going to jail or being labeled an abuser. You also say you do not advocate for doing the things you used as examples of putting a woman in her place. What do you propose is the answer to correcting this imbalance? Side note: the examples you gave would not be enough to put anyone in jail, let alone lead to a criminal conviction and thus “labeling “ someone as an abuser… | /r/RedPillWomen | 24/10/17 12:02 AM
Sometimes talking to post wall shrews can be helpful.I have to ask what your definition of “putting a woman in her place” is. I have represented over 100 men in my career charged with domestic violence related offenses, and every single one did something that would go beyond the bounds of what I would consider “putting a woman in her place.” (Although many had legit legal defenses, I can’t think of one who behaved in a way I would tolerate from my SO.) | /r/RedPillWomen | 23/10/17 11:00 PM

did you get more selective about men's appearance after getting redpilled?be honest pleaseI wouldn't say I became more selective, but I did become more comfortable owning what I thought was attractive appearance-wise. For example, I had it banged into my head that it was wrong or unfair for me to prefer certain physical characteristics over others and I should give every guy I had things in common with a chance just because they were "good" or "nice" guys. This resulted in several relationships with guys who were both shorter and smaller (less muscle) than me (I'm 6 feet tall). Ironi… | /r/RedPillWomen | 13/09/17 01:47 AM

When I became an attorney and started my "real" job, I slowly stopped wearing skirts and now I only wear pant suits and flats to work. | 5 | Why he might consider marrying you.Okay, your point being? If you read my entire comment, I state in the first paragraph that under my state's divorce laws, courts are only allowed to order alimony under very specific circumstances and the party requesting alimony has a very high burden to prove it is necessary. If my SO and I got divorced, I would not have the choice to "turn down free money" because a court could not legally order my SO to pay alimony unless he offered (which he wouldn't). If I requested alimony, I would be lau… | /r/RedPillWomen | 31/07/17 04:10 PM |
Why he might consider marrying you. There is also no alimony depending on the state you live in. Where I live, a woman has a very high burden to show the court that alimony is needed. Basically, unless she was a SAHM the entire marriage and didn't worked for 20 years, she is not getting alimony. Those women who do meet that high burden, generally only get alimony for a brief period of time to allow her time to find a job. | 2 | Why is it so important to put women down? What? I have never seen a post or comment in this sub saying women should be treated like a teenager or child. I have a feeling that you probably popped over to TRP and read an inflammatory post made by a newbie who is still in his anger phase. Or, you deeply misinterpreted a metaphor used at TRP to describe a particular relationship dynamic. This is not TRP. We have different goals. | /r/RedPillWomen | 30/07/17 04:28 PM
intelligent women?I think part of the answer is how you define intelligence. Other commenters have talked about degrees and income being ways to define intelligence, which is part of it. However, in my relationship dynamic, those things have had little impact on the "protector/protected" or "captain/first mate" dynamic. I have my law degree and make significantly more than my SO (for now). He is an electrician apprentice and will have a consistent and steady increase in income over time. | 5 | Ladies, you're taking your cues from the wrong men.Part of the issue of having men from TRP coming to this sub and doling out advice in a brash and condescending way is that they forget the goals of RPW are different than those of TRP and they give bad advice. In general, none of us are looking for a purely "alpha" male. Those men do not possess the provider qualities we would want in a good husband and father. A mix of alpha and beta traits is most desirable. That being said, when TRP men come here and do nothing but say "be hot, give blowjobs,… | /r/RedPillWomen | 08/07/17 09:49 PM

My SO never plans/prepares meals, he never grocery shops (although sometimes he'll join me so he can pick out snacks), he never writes thank you cards or birthday cards etc. (I keep a calendar of important dates and make sure cards and gifts are picked out and sent), he never cleans the litter box. | /r/RedPillWomen | 03/07/17 09:46 PM |

Finding d*** pics on a boyfriends phoneThis is a tough one. This happened to me a few months ago. My SO has his phone set up to automatically back up all photos and videos to his cloud storage through his gmail account and then regularly deletes off his phone to save storage space. | 3 | What makes a marriage unfixable? It did happen to me, and thanks! Honestly, it was the best thing to ever happen. | 1 | How to handle this dating situation from a RPW standpoint?Haha that is a conundrum! If the same time still works for you, then tell him that you're still on but then ask him when and where. See if he's willing to suggest something. If he just responds with something like "Idk what would you prefer" then you have to decide if you're cool with that type of personality. A lot of guys I matched with did the exact same thing you are describing: talked to me, engaged with me, talked about wanting to get together, but never actually made the plans. I have had sex with three men. The first two used to complain that sometimes during sex they just didn't feel much and felt like I was "loose." | 3 | Why having sex during the vetting process is a bad ideaAh, thanks for the clarification! I agree it is unrealistic (for most people anyway) to refrain from sex until you have already invested enough time in the relationship to label it as a LTR. I also agree with OP that sex should wait until both parties have agreed to make a commitment to a LTR. Of course, the key is to make sure you aren't being too willing or quick to commit to a LTR until you have vetted properly. The amount of time that takes really differs between individuals. | 2 | Equality.Honestly, I don't and I also don't care. I don't want to keep tabs on who was right and who was wrong. I also don't want to keep tabs on who is compromising more. I have been in relationships before where I felt like I was constantly compromising and bending over backwards for my man. The rent is expensive and after living there for a while, we realized the utilities were extra expensive because of the high ceiling. We both knew it was best to move and reduce our monthly costs. We came down to two options 1) move into a smaller more affordable apartment 2) invest in buying a house with affordable monthly mortg… | /r/RedPillWomen | 25/04/17 12:38 AM
Equality.I like you driving analogy. I (literally) drive when I have to, but I hate it and love when my man drives when we are together. He once told me he appreciates this because he feels like it is something he can do for me that is simple but also takes a ton of stress off me. | /r/RedPillWomen | 25/04/17 12:01 AM
Equality.I struggled with this concept too when I first stumbled across the red pill. After applying the theory to my own relationship, I have realized that control has completely disappeared from my relationship. I have relinquished trying to control every single thing my man does by being "submissive" (while I personally like to think of this as trusting him to make the best decisions in his own life and in our relationship). I still make the decisions when it comes to my inner personal world and work.… | /r/RedPillWomen | 24/04/17 11:53 PM

Which MBTI personality type are you?I'm an INFP! I think I posted at almost the same time as you. I had just commented to my SO I was surprised I was the only one. | /r/RedPillWomen | 23/04/17 01:53 AM
Which MBTI personality type are you?I am INFP and SO is ISTJ. We both just took the test tonight and it was honestly a nice conversation starter. Of course not everything is 100% true for each of us, but there were enough traits that were spot-on that it was helpful. After talking about it, the main thing that influences our relationship is my highly empathetic nature and his difficulty sensing emotions of others. I have already learned I have to be clear and calm when telling him about my feelings and I also have to STFU when I t… | /r/RedPillWomen | 23/04/17 01:46 AM
Questions.Exactly this! I have had no problem having liberal views on social/political issues (like being pro-choice, against the death penalty, etc) while still implementing RPW values in my PERSONAL life. | /r/RedPillWomen | 20/04/17 11:49 PM
RPW for teenage girl? Help..To answer your question whether going to uni and studying law/politics is RPW: it is if you make it so! You can pursue any career/field of study so long as you maintain an RPW mindset in your romantic relationship. Example: I am a criminal defense attorney in the US. To be successful in my career, I have to be more cold and embrace traditionally masculine qualities. Being too feminine and RPW with my clients (who are often males with a history of hardcore prison time) is not appropriate. I do no… | /r/RedPillWomen | 19/04/17 12:23 AM
giving my opinion vs staying neutral -- help!If he explicitly tells you he wants your opinion, then give it! You can always make it clear to him beforehand though that "this is just what I think, but I don't know the situation as well as you do so take it for what it's worth and I will support whatever decision you make." This has always worked well for me, the key is to "truly" support whatever decision he makes. Even if it goes against your opinion. | /r/RedPillWomen | 15/04/17 10:50 PM
Discussing financesHe most definitely doesn't need a mommy figure. Due to his apprenticeship, he doesn't get to choose where he works. He is rotated once a year to a new company within the union. Unfortunately, completely out of his control, two months after we moved into our new place he was transferred to a new company that hasn't been able to give him 40 hours a week. He took an unexpected financial hit. Luckily, he will be rotated again in May. And hopefully they will give him steadier hours. | /r/RedPillWomen | 19/03/17 03:36 AM
Discussing financesThank you! We found a smaller more affordable apartment in our own complex that he loves because it's on the first floor and has a yard (which he wants because we've been wanting to get a dog). I'll have to think more about the engagement ring conversation. He is very traditional when it comes to rings. He likes the idea of a diamond because it's the strongest mineral and that symbolism is important to him. I'm not sure how to tell him that a large ring isn't necessary. I've considered talking t… | /r/RedPillWomen | 18/03/17 09:23 PM
Discussing financesThank you! I looked at available apartments within the complex we already live in because we both love the community here and the hiking trails. I showed him a smaller more affordable apartment that just happens to be available right when our lease ends. All it took was showing him it was a first floor apartment with a yard and he was sold! We really want to get a dog, so having a yard is important to both of us. We will be moving to a new unit next month. | /r/RedPillWomen | 18/03/17 09:18 PM
In what situations would you forgive lying?Yes, I have forgiven my SO for lying. Every time he lied to me, it was about his sexual/romantic past. The reason he lied was because he was afraid I would think less of him. Once he realized I wouldn't judge him for his past, he hasn't lied to me since. If I found out he was lying to me about things happening in the present, I would be more skeptical and less likely to forgive because it would indicate a lack of trust. | /r/RedPillWomen | 18/03/17 03:39 AM
