Advice my old man told me was find a job you can tolerate that pays well and use your money for your hobbies outside of work. The meme that you have to work or major in something you love is a fairytell and usually doesn’t give you financial freedom. 24/yo, got my associates in a technical field and work for an oil company. I brought in 108k last year with company stock option and 15% in my 401k. I get to travel, eat good food, indulge in hobbies, etc. Do I like the work? Not particularly. But i…

Don't confront her, don't hint that you're suspecting because she'll cover up her trails. Hire a private investigator, gather hard evidence, and file for divorce or whatever you want to do

It was well worth the peace of mind. I was dumb and young, 21 years old and I just thought throwing money at the problem would solve it. Now that Im older, if it ever happened again, I would go at it with a calculated response

Oh boy I have a story...I supposedly got this fwb pregnant. I paid for an abortion (gave her fucking $400 cash), she said she got the abortion and stopped taking to me. 6 months go by and she said she never got it. I paid $2000 for a blood DNA, came back not even fucking mine. Oh the $400 for the abortion? She went to the casino and blew it all. Dont fucking do shit until a paternity test. Women will pick the best provider out of all the cock they fuck and suck if they get knocked up

It's funny with the trend of dating apps is that 3/10 girls think they're 9/10 because the validation they get

Quick question. Currently 23 and working for one of the top 3 oil companies, making 100-105k right now, expected to increase 20-30k within the next 5 years. Do I honestly need 20% for a house down payment? The thought of wasting my money on rent is really making me grit my teeth.

Only way you’re going to come out of this semi-unscathed is to hit people in their emotions.

I actually full heartedly agree with the post above. Prep an outline, make a video 3-4 minutes fully explaining the situation, and dive deep into how false rape accusations affect young men. Seriously play the game. Post it on reddit, social media, youtube, conservative new networks etc. Shit would go viral. Set the precedent and the record straight.

I truly believe men are born to handle the weight of troublesome times, man. Your ancestors handled a different variation of conflict than this one, just keep fighting for your daughter man. “Struggle, endure, contend. For that alone is the sword that defies death”

I’m honestly speechless man, I can’t offer anything of value, but keep fighting for your daughter man. Sorry this is happening to you. “Easy times create weak men, hard times create great men”, keep chucking brother

Look and see if there is free therapy through your employer, most companies have free sessions. Also, if there is any local universities near by, call and see if their Counseling Master programs offer free therapy sessions

I would try finding a good therapist man. Sounds like an issue you won’t be able to handle on your own.

I would go to HR, but not yet. If you go to HR without evidence , she could turn the tables when HR confronts her and accuse you. I would record her hitting on you, talk to HR, if she tries to flip the script show them the evidence. Oh and don’t shit where you eat dude, what the fuck is wrong with you. Jerk off and clear your head

In the South, mainly Mississippi, Louisiana, and especially Texas, Plant jobs are huge. Local community colleges offer two year associates called Process Operations Technology that are sponsored by companies, basically a starting path to getting an Operator job. You can always try applying without the degree, I work with ex military, cops, teachers, nurses, etc

Not really, honestly. Safety standards are so damn high. There is always a possibility of explosions, but very rare

Can’t emphasize lifting early. When you enter college you’ll have 4 years of lifting behind your belt, study and soak in all the knowledge of diet and exercise and spend this next year implenting what you learn through trial and error. You’ll be leagues ahead of everyone else, you never really notice how small college guys are until you’re in college
