My theory is there is no way you could have a LTR with the groupies. They're clearly in it just to brag to their friends, trying to get pregnant or hamstering away they might be able to lock down a guy in the top 1% No chance of a normal relationship. Deep down these guys are probably a bit beta, and the only way they could have that 'beta relationship feeling' is with someone who is on equal terms in the celebrity sphere as them.

Wish I could have read this when I was <24yrs old. One thing to stress to guys younger than 24 - LIFT and DIET. At that age your hormones are crazy, you don't need steroids as your body is pumping out massive levels of T (but you should never need steroids anyway) but if you train consistently and eat well you'll put on muscle mass easily.

Just a side note - women on trains / public transport in general are the worst. Pushing in / cutting people off, expect the general public to be Moses and part the way for them. Just notice next time you're on the train, you might be standing next to the door, about to get off when the door opens and 9 times out of 10 a woman will come out of nowhere and push in front of you.

Nail on the head. Back in my younger Blue Pill days I used to think 'oh having this cool shirt will definetley get me laid if I wear it to uni / clubbing etc' Fashion sense is important, but you need to have the base first, by eating well, lifting, confidence and the rest of the red pill mantra. Having a decent pair of shoes or a nice shirt will not individually get you laid, but it all needs to be a part of your persona.
