Yeah. That describes me. I have friends, I talk to strangers, but I will never not have a bit of awkwardness, atypical mannerisms, and speech that most people find off putting just slightly. It makes dating a rare and difficult experience.

A introvert without social anxiety flirts like any other person, it just makes them tired far quicker. A introvert with social anxiety avoids most social situations, flirting included.

Sounds good. Social anxiety, awkwardness, and obliviousness make it much harder than it sounds. I already know the problem is mine and I take responsibility for it.

After explaining a "odd" conversation I had with a couple, my brother explained that they had wanted me for something sexual. At 29 I had no clue. Sex and relationships were mostly just things in books and movies to me then, despite having friends and family in normal relationships. So like I do with anything that interests me I did research.
