Rock-climbing may be a humbling experience to you but not to me and many other people out there who have surmounted the insurmountable and survived the darkest pit of life. When a poor woman in a remote village in Asia, Africa, Eastern Europe, or South America gives everything she has to keep her child alive, she doesn't describe her gesture and experience as humbling.
