That’s not a fair mindset. If there’s anything you should learn by being on this sub it’s that nothing is exclusively women’s or men’s fault; there are toxic people on both ends. Feminism and supporting men are both healthy; they aren’t mutually exclusive. Don’t turn this into the women-hating sub that feminists are accusing it of being

My guess is there used to be tons of those comments against women, but because of feminism they faded out and were mostly eradicated (a very good thing). But the mindset that everything is sexist did not fade (not a good thing). So the stuff in the screenshots ends up happening.

Yes, exactly! I’ve heard women talk about uncut dicks and say they’re gross. Like it’s so normalized that people prefer men with their skin cut off their dicks and that grosses me out in itself. I wish I didn’t have that choice taken away from me when I was born. And if a man was to describe how he prefers his women with part of their genitals cut out, women would go crazy and say that’s fucking messed up. I hate the double standard.

I had this exact experience once! I had a friend and I tried bringing up how some males have problems with stuff too and every single thing I brought up she argued with by saying “well females have this problem” or “women have it worse” and completely ignoring what I was saying. It was awful. I’ve since stopped talking to her for other reasons, but that brought out a part of her I hadn’t noticed before.

The basis for shadowban: post on r/MensRights, or indicate men are somehow unequal to women in any way /s

One of my gay friends (I’m gay myself) literally has this same mindset about gay people and it upsets me a lot of the time :/. He talks about how awful ‘white straight males are’, and if I try to say he’s literally just doing to other people what he doesn’t want done to himself, he gets mad

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
