1	Lifehacks (sorta) that help with Game I will just add that wrt #1, you don't even need to get all esoteric and talk about confidence. There is a much simpler reason for going to the gym: exercise releases endorphins, it makes you happy. That's it. It's a natural mechanism for pumping state. 2	Question regarding alphas and DHV Basically this. Value is a different concept from status. Value is not grounded in anything, value is just value. You can have great looks, successful career, lots of money, but no value. You can have none of those things but have high value.
