20 Year Old with Low Testosterone/Thyroid or Autoimmune problem?Forgot to mention, I eat a lot of eggs (saturated fats). My pulse is pretty low normally and then when I work out it jumps up like crazy, which is adding to my suspicion of thyroid stuff. What sort of protocol would u recommend for sprints? Like distance/time/number etc | /r/askTRP | 16/07/17 12:50 PM
20 Year Old with Low Testosterone/Thyroid or Autoimmune problem?I eat 2-3 fruit and 2-3 servings of veggies per day. I should do that stress stuff you're right. And yes I take a periodic deload every 5th week before working my volume back up and then overreaching my MRV the 4th week. My mothers side as an extensive history of thyroid problems and my morning wood is long gone, I'm pretty sure I have low Bioavailable T and a slightly low Thyroid function. There's only so much you can do. I'm gonna consult my doc, thanks for the input and advice | /r/askTRP | 16/07/17 11:29 AM

20 Year Old with Low Testosterone/Thyroid or Autoimmune problem?Low libido and negative mood, and low energy/fatigue. Get it checked if you're concerned, no harm in it | /r/askTRP | 16/07/17 10:44 AM
20 Year Old with Low Testosterone/Thyroid or Autoimmune problem?I'm waiting on a few more labs and a retest of a few things that should come back this Monday or Tuesday - she will call me then to discuss briefly and possibly set up an appointment if needed (hopefully she will see this is actually a problem). I'm not sure she'll prescribe TRT, I think she only does clomid. Also, I'm not sure I'm ready to make such a lifelong commitment to TRT and I want to figure out what's going wrong | /r/askTRP | 15/07/17 09:14 PM
20 Year Old with Low Testosterone/Thyroid or Autoimmune problem?I'm not sure I'm ready to hop on TRT, I might want to try clomid first to not risk infertility. I just want to know what's going on and I'm impatiently waiting for my next phone call from the doc this Monday/Tuesday. I understand that my free T is low considering how high my SHBG is paired with how low my total is, but my mother has hypothyroid and I'm not so sure this is just a simple fix. It's easy for everyone on the internet to brag about how great TRT is but it would be a very big commitmen… | /r/askTRP | 15/07/17 09:12 PM
