So the blogger posted on this version of the article in the comments. https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=http://www.armytimes.com/news/your-army/2017/08/15/a-woman-who-accused-a-former-colonel-of-rape-will-be-forced-to-pay-millions-in-defamation-damages/&ved=0ahUKEwiioqeJlrzXAhVEw4MKHeb-A-oQFggqMAE&usg=AOvVaw1F1n2GgIu0qG4clVsjPoEk She claims most of her evidence was repressed, she can't afford an appeal, and will be writing a book about the trial...

Was it? Saw some reference to a YouTube show while looking for this, but didn't really dig into it. However, her representatives released a statement about her comments being "completely out of line" or something like that. I felt like her general shittyness was out of line but not really her comments.

Which is funny because she did the same shit to Gilbert Arenas and he called her out for it. https://twitter.com/NBAVisions/status/917448815296294912

I'm sure she's absolutely none of those things.

PETA are the people who would rather an animal be put down than suffer the injustice of living in a loving home as somebody's pet. They're a terrible organization.

In what other aspect of life are you ever entitled to something just because you're accustomed to it?

The public doesn't remember corrections to news stories very well.

Physical violence in a classroom should pretty much always warrant a response though.

They're like the McDonald's + Starbucks over there. Almost a third of all 7/11's are in Japan. More than double as many as in the US. And they're apparently head and shoulders above the stores in the US.

It was in considerably worse shape when she left.

In many states, if there's damage over a certain amount, like $500, you need a police report for insurance.

Well she tried to exorcise evil spirits out of her children. That sounds pretty insane to me. She basically got life in a mental hospital.

“I was thinking, ‘I hope ... someone can find him’. No you weren't. You were trying to kill him. You literally left it in a hole underground. Friends and family flooded her Facebook page with supportive, but shocked messages. WTF

Well she was running for VP and not President, so nobody cared. Don't know how you would get a feminist to rally for McCain just in the off (though not that off) chance that he would die in office.

even though promiscuous is inherently disadvantageous to all men in society and therefore they've evolved to hate it Sure, but you can't really use "we're hard wired to do it!" as an excuse for behavior in this day and age.

Yeah they just reached into their SJW Buzzword Bullshit sack and pulled out "slut-shaming." It has basically nothing to do with the discussion.

I'm sure they didn't decide to show this case just that morning. They selected it weeks or months ago. It's a domestic violence case, so it makes sense that she would have some relevant resources for the victim.

"Why are you calling this guy" "Because after I got incarcerated [for stabbing, kicking, and scratching him] and I left, I left with nothing, no car, no job, no nothing" Yeah there are consequences to you actions. You psycho bitch. She has the balls to ask him to pay for the class she had to take because she assaulted him.

You don't have to go very fast to leave marks, just stop fast. I got in an accident last year probably only going 20 maybe 25 and I still left 5 or 10 ft long skids.

The driver in OPs car would have hit the bumper on the other side then. While you can sometimes lie your way through a wreck like that, this one would be way too hard to find a way for her to claim no fault.

The sidewalk, the fact that there wasn't a green street sign with a street name, the fact that none of the street lines indicate an intersection. Also the fact that you can't cross the street from that entrance (yellow curbs in the way). The sidewalk and the lack of street sign would probably have been the first indicators if I was the driver of OPs car.

What a sack of shit. How was there no mention of the fact that she drove home in a "totaled car"?
/r/PussyPassDenied16/05/16 06:29 PM

That applies to the whole US.
/r/PussyPassDenied16/05/16 06:24 PM

That's the entrance to a parking lot, not a cross street, so it doesn't count as an intersection. So the person on the road has the right of way and the person exiting the parking lot has to yield.

Investigate? It's usually just the college yelling "you're guilty, you're guilty, you're guilty" and then expelling whoever was accused. It's basically never anyone who has any sort of background in criminal justice either. The police will investigate if you go to them but police and college dealings with the issue are usually fairly independent of each other, not a one or the other situation. The reason you'll hear more about university investigations is that they typically have much lower thre…

It's not unreasonable to ask teenage boys to groom their faces, nor is it unreasonable to make sure that your underwear isn't showing. This isn't mardi gras. It's a learning establishment.

The last lady I heard about doing this killed herself because the psychological damage was so bad. Can't recall the name, but I think it was the basis for a book about 20 years ago.

It actually wasn't. The agency lied and tried to claim it, but didn't even know who started it. They actually had very little impact on the viral nature of it. http://www.baekdal.com/analysis/the-weirdness-around-alex-from-target/

AlexFromTarget actually wasn't. It was started by two girls and then over a week later, an ad agency tried to claim it even though they thought somebody else had started it. The two girls who started it had never heard of the agency. http://www.baekdal.com/analysis/the-weirdness-around-alex-from-target/

THIS right here is the exact point. There shouldn't be quotas. If you can't physically do the job you shouldn't be hired. If you can, I have no problem with men and women being paid exactly the same.
