Thanks man for this cool comment, Unfortunately I live in the UK so shipping will be rather expensive for couple for briefs, but this is actually a great tip. Will try to shop for some better underwear choices next time as I've paid little attention to that piece of clothing usually

Hi Man, and thanks alot for the insightful comment. My 2 questions for you as the PT. For the ABS should I do low-rep high weight or them 20-30x reps crunch etc workouts ? Also in past I've done wide grip pullups, rows etc but my back never seemed to increase its "wideness" - any tips on that ?

Hi there, I'm living down south (Southampton) but I work in Reading and often pop in to London over the weekends. I can totally understand you as I'm a migrant myself, but I've adopted to the "culture" here pretty all-right. I'm leaving for well deserved vacation next week, and will be back mid Jan. I know you probably still "care a little" for her as she was your BP oneitis, but lets be honest - she is flying overseas, so she probably can easly afford a cab. Ditch her, your life is important, you can do million other interesting things at that time. If you pick her up, she will remember you as the guy who dropped everything to pick her up - her slave. If you ditch her, maybe she will at least get a hint that you have other things to do besides servicing her. Good Luck

IMO marriage should be an agreement of two people to spend life together making each other happy (mentally, sexually, fiancially etc). Where it went wrong nowadays i think, is that women stopped to deliver their end of agreement after a wedding. Men are trying wear the pants, and women are just OK with it.
