Assuming (big yuuuge assumption) the story told by the woman is correct and complete; I'd say that her complain may be justified provided that it's true that the husband refuses to go to a specialist for this problem. Because this problem is fixable and is usually a sign of an underlying problem. I think it's an acceptable exception to the non-brigading clause of this sub to post the author and the book name as this is about direct programming of children in a young age. The author's book should be trashed in every book store review site.
