I've taken fitness and diet very seriously and past digestive issues that I've resolved have made dieting easy. I eat clean and simple, but I generally dislike eating overall. Thanks. That's exactly it. I've got the technical skill. I just need to apply it in places that are more practical like learning some simple songs instead of sweeping like a freak until I hate myself. The social anxiety is a huge point of frustration for me. When I have my confidence, there's no problem at all. But without it, the anxiety sets in and my mind shuts down. I'll check out NMMNG, I've been reading a lot actually and I've got other books coming as well as some PDFs I've found but I'm really eager to spend less time reading and being at home. I agree. I think going to a gym would be huge. Getting out of the house, more equipment, out in public with the potential for socializing, and my confidence is usually much higher after good workout too. I can play guitar very well but I've never learned a song. If you can believe that. I'm just gonna thank you for this. You sure hit a lot of nails on the head. I did call my mom, but she says nothing too severe happened in my infant days. She just simply wasn't there from between 1 and 10. There was no love from my dad who regularly abused me physically and psychologically. I don't think he actually thought I was his kid. The thing I find off about this approach is whenever someone does this to me, it annoys tf outta me because I know they're trying to push power over me.
