Thank you! So glad someone called this out. If you are a parent, unless the other parent is absolutely not involved, you aren't a single parent. You are co parenting and a single woman/man.

She is a criminal. Get away from her. She's an abuser.

It is always very disturbing to me when people sexualize something that isn't sexual at all. Says a lot about the person and makes me wonder what is wrong with them.

Nice points. I feel it's important to remember that no matter who "started it" it's important that you don't become what you hate to finish it.

I agree. I'm woman and want women treated equally. But I also want men treated equally. I rarely post on "female" subs because my ideas that anyone can rape, women need to be tough, etc are attacked savagely. Anyone who generalizes and pushes a "they are all..." agenda is harming everyone. These women will claim they want women to have choices but if my choice was for example sex work, or staying at home while my husband works (neither of which I do just examples) then according to them im being…

Thank you! Men and women can both be rapists, assholes, users, extremists, abusers, drunks, etc. I wish more people would drop the whole generalizations. It hurts everyone and is part of the fuel that got "Femi Nazis" anywhere in the first place. Just my opinion. Not a state of fact.

Because of the hateful messages I've already gotten... Yes I realize that the court system is set up to give to women and take from men. My dad got no child support for my whole life, then the state actually sent him a bill for money my absent mother had been getting from welfare by claiming she took care of me. They never had a court agreement when they split, and never actually divorced (mistake there pops) But we hadn't seen her in 15 years. Thankfully dad got a great lawyer and the state bac…

I was raised by my dad. He was dragged through the ringer by women. Poor dude. But he also continued to love and respect good women. So I am lucky that out of my nightmare childhood, I had a dad who taught me that good people come in every color, with both dicks and vaginas. Bad people equally come in every color, with both genital attachments. Call them as they are. Rapists rape. Extremists (feminists, terrorists, etc) spread hate and pain. Good can be found in both genders, in all countries an…

This is a huge frustration of mine. With both genders. An example is "I'm scared of men because I've been raped"..... You were raped by a rapist. Not a man. Start using labels correctly and stop generalizing. As a woman i was walking through the park recently. A full busy park. Young idiot says nice tits so loud, in front of kids everything, who all stopped and stared. I replied "unfortunate face"... His buddies died laughing. I smiled and laughed a little as I moved on. My male friend actually …

What a great response. Seriously. There is no other answer except how can we make it better? Men are killing themselves, how do we fix it? So important. In my uneducated opinion, I'd say we can each vote for politicians who recognize this, we push and advocate for overhauls and funding for better mental health, we discuss mental health with each other, and we work in our personal lives to be good friends to others and reach out if we think someone is struggling. We don't stop telling people it's…

Men get raped and remember it/admit it only years later as well. Catholic priests I'm looking your way assholes. (to bring up one well known disgusting example) It's not a competition. False accusers are horrible people. Rapists (they come in both genders) are horrible people. Suicide of any gender is terrible, shatters families, and is a huge issue in society.

Maybe it's my age (not that young though, I'm 39 and a woman) but I have never done anything but pay half for dates. Once a relationship is established then I have felt comfortable with the dude paying, then I'll pay the next time (or vice versa) sort of thing. I just feel it's a modern world. I look at guys as people. I don't take free shit from people man or woman that I don't kmow yet. But once a friendly or romantic relationship is established then I'm more trusting to give and take. I've ha…

Because the world is full of a lot of people (female & male) who are very unhappy in their lives and spew hate and "offense" like a fountain.

I still don't even understand that portion of the rant to be honest. I said the same thing. There's a day for a man, and a day for a woman. Pick the one you are (either by birth or by transition) and go to it. Problem solved. I'm enraged that some whiny brats have gotten a small but nice gesture taken away. But if you're a miserable human then you spread your fuckery. Man or woman.

Totally agree. Social media is a big piece of the "If you're offended the world must change" pie. I think raising children to believe that words (even from total strangers) they don't like is the same as someone putting a gun directly to their temple is another piece of the problem. But that's just my opinion. Frustrating.

It's horrible because if you speak out against it, you're a bully, or a right winger, or a trumper, or the devil. As a woman I'm sick of other women telling me what to get offended by, what advantages I need to be given, and how I need to live scared shitless of and hate men. I'm absolutely sick of it. I've been a victim of sexual assault multiple times, was raised in poverty, heroin addict mother, and had a single father who got fuck all for support. And yet... Wow... I've done it on my own by …

I feel like soon we won't be allowed birthdays since they aren't including everyone else. It's so frustrating to me.

A small local zoo here announced a father day discount to fathers with children. (small $7.00 of the total) Then a few women wrote this is unfair because they are single moms so they should get the discount too. Then others said what about transgender people? Now the zoo has apologized and no one gets the discount. As a woman who's father raised her alone, I found this horrible. If they offer a discount on Mothers day, I'm going to lose it. It's absolutely ridiculous how far things are being tak…
