If it’s the latter, it’s not ad hominem... Also, the way this is all laid out is disgusting. It’s transactional and emotionally dishonest. Just be an interesting and kind person. Pick up a hobby that’s not entrapping women, and don’t take advantage of those you feel are meek or would be an easy victim/target. Go to the gym if you feel it’s needed.
