I'd recommend having your T levels checked and then consulting with your doctor. Your doc may have medical suggestions but there are also natural remedies out there as well. One more thing to keep in mind is that males may continue to mature up through age 25. You may just need to give it time.

My thoughts on this: She is 19, enough said. Though it's good to have a relationship with an SO's parents, he got in to deep and became the "son they never had." She likely holds a lot of resentment towards him for winning her parents over to the point where she feels pressured to be with him. Women run when pressured. He disclosed ALL of his feelings about her. If you want to push a woman away, do this. He contacted her friends and family for help. Bad move. Never, NEVER contact people you have…

I agree with you. In essence, this was a business meeting and it is important to conduct yourself as such. Admission of your crush and falling victim to her attempts to reminisce or even telling her "she's hot" returns the power to her, power that she once had over you and every other orbiter in high school. She is working for you, it is important to maintain power in this situation. Well played.

Key words in that text are "hey man" and "dude." This is bro language and should be perceived as such. No response needed.

I'm a dairy addict, so that was the first to go. I also started managing my carb and fat intake. These were things I never had to worry about in the past while growing up as the skinny kid. I adjust my diet based on what I'm trying to do with my body. For me, bulk mode means anything goes as long as I meet my macros. However, when I begin my cut in March, the dairy is gone, high protein, low carbs, healthy fats and a gallon of distilled water per day.

I'm sure we've all heard the "you're the guy to marry" line, hence our presence here. Good on you for recognizing this and using it to make a change in yourself.

I understand what you took away from it. But I read something much deeper in that article than just "women in the male space." Though a relevant subject, I just believe there are greater issues to take on.

I cannot agree with you more. What are we supposed to take action against, rise up and say no to? Fit bodies in yoga shorts? Sorry, but the OP and author of this article will be taking action alone. A healthy lifestyle and fitness are not gender specific and to frame it as such is ignorant.

Sounds like there was little to no interest in the first place, so what is there to kill? If anything you've just increased your SMV.

I got my T levels tested right before I turned 35 for the same reason you did, slowed gains in the gym. Turns out that I was right below 700, which is average to higher end. My urologist offered boosters but warned me that when I stopped taking these boosters I would see a dramatic drop off in natural T production. So I opted out. My urologist and I chalked it up to age and made some changes in my diet and the results in the gym quickly returned. I also recommend all men get their T levels check…

Keep it up. I've witnessed the most socially repressed kids escalate to the top of the food chain. No reason why you cannot do the same. Law 4. Always say less than necessary. I'm not saying become a recluse, but choose your targets of communication.

First of all, how many years of high school do you have left?

How would you react if she wasn't so passive? Especially after you reply with "Don't ever tell me to shut the fuck up." If the situation escalates from there, what's your next move? Your tone and mannerisms?

u/DELETEYOURFACE is right. You're reading way to much into this when you already know the conversation to be had, so why even bother? And at this point, the less you say, the better (law 4). Save face and walk away.

Yes sir, my dad was the same. Most painful years of my life between age 18 and 21/22. I do not recommend it.

Of all the positives there are to lifting, I can think of only two downfalls. Nothing fits. I recently invested, yes INVESTED, in a new suit. I was measured at 42.5" in the chest, 31" waist. There is NO WAY any retailer will have this suit combo in stock. One or both pieces will need to be ordered. Searching for everyday clothes also becomes a task in itself. You will be forever small, in your mind at least. When I graduated high school at 18, I was 5'8", 120 lbs dripping wet. Now in my 30's, I'…

Agree. How can you lose dominance over her if you are in complete control? Makes zero sense. Put her on her back or up against a wall, wrap your arms around her thighs and then tell me who is in control. Me.

If I find a good stylist, then price is not an issue (within reason of course). I pay $30, including a $5 tip. This includes a pre wash, cut, condition and scalp massage with a hot towel. I was turned on to this place after receiving probably the worst cut of my life from Sports Clips, never going back. Trust is a huge issue for me because I have the beginning stages MPB on the back of my head. Also, I have a full beard. I'm not going to let some recent beauty school grad fuck me up for the next…

No blackmail on your part, it's just the way the game is played. She withdrew something that you wanted in the relationship, so you acted accordingly. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to know that once you withdraw attention from a woman, her head starts spinning like a top. It's not blackmail, just a version of mental warfare. I've employed these same tactics in a LTR with success, hopefully you will find the same.

And now, an excerpt from Dave Chapelle's "Killing Them Softly." A woman's test in life is material. A man's test in life is a woman. Now by test, I mean that those are the things that we desire. Men have nice cars-- not cause they like nice cars-- because they know women like nice cars. That's how it goes. Cause men are hunters. And the car is the bait. And a woman comes up and says: "Ooh, nice Porsche." "Gotcha, bitch!" That's how it is. Truth.

Thanks for adding that, it is the best case scenario. Another thing that disturbs me that I failed to mention in the first reply is that the "fiancee's" friend sees more in this guy than she actually does. I'm willing to bet she is just one of these women that get off on the thrill of posting an engagement ring and wedding pictures to social media then split once the attention of her 1,000+ fake friends has been depleted. She wants him for the attention, she wants a Chad for everything else.

You think your sex life is bad now, wait until the next session. Take this into consideration, the next time you're fucking her you will see nothing but those messages. You'll beat yourself up mid thrust knowing that she is thinking about Chad every time she closes her eyes. Your goal is to decide if you can deal with that, because it's not going away anytime soon.

Would you prefer I go back in and edit my reply to include "negative reinforcement" as well? What you are pointing out is that I am wrong by omission. I've already graduated college twice but if it means that much to you I will edit my reply and we can go on with our days.

So how exactly am I wrong? Is it because I did not reference negative reinforcement? You just stated that positive and negative reinforcement are forms of operant conditioning, which they are. Relax man, that reply was intended to put u/Asoka11111 on the right path, he'll learn all about it once he looks up the research.

Alpha is being the leader. True, being alpha also means not giving a fuck when someone asks you if you fap or watch porn. I'll be the first to admit I do, and to deny it means you are lying to yourself and others to appease their view of you. Not alpha.

It wasn't easy bro. I did nothing but chicken, whole grains, veggies and distilled water for 30 days, cut water out completely on the 29th and 30th days. Needless to say I was a bit on edge at the end of it all. But I had the same problem you're talking about, that little obnoxious layer over my abs. I was able to cut that with fasted cardio first thing in the morning, followed up with regular ab routine during my evening gym session. I'm 6 foot and after this last cut I was down to 170. I'm mos…

No, definitely not. This is coming off a 30 day cut where my body fat dropped below 9%. Fat gain is definitely expected, but being a hard gainer I have to dirty it up.

Great read! Women are not the enemy, nor are they your friends. It took me longer than most to understand this, that is until to a minute encounter with a girl in college. Growing up, I was a beta; easily manipulated and looking to always be the next "White Knight." But this microscopic encounter woke me up to my own faults in my relationships with women. As stated in the first response to the post you referenced, "men aren't taught to be attracted, women are born into it" thread, "TRP isn't jus…

It's going to be tough, but I was once that awkward kid in high school as well. I'll give you the same advice that, if I could, I would have given myself. And that is focus on you. I was so caught up in trying to gain approval that I got in my own way. I was one of those that studied a conversation and tried to interject with a quip or comment. Needless to say it was usually overshadowed or perceived as awkward. Since you have 2 years left, focus on you and say what only needs to be said. Do not…

I don't want to ruin my chances It's not like the 9s and 10s run together in a secret society where any failure to secure one of them would be broadcast across the entire spectrum. Point is, the longer you wait, the longer you allow the pressure you are feeling now to build. You've probably also spent a lot of this time thinking about how to cope if she says "no." But what you really need to focus on is how you handle it when she says "yes." You can't hit a homerun if you never take a swing.
