There were numerous planning meetups back home where we all discussed the logistics of the trip, we drank and chilled multiple nights before this without a hitch. 5	Technical conference cancelled after the blind review process selects only male speakers Long time lurker, first time poster. This really hits home for me. When living in SV, I've noticed this happen time and time again. I'm a developer who has seen subpar female interns and programmers hired over and over again. It's very troubling seeing that prospects aren't hired for their skills, but rather how they make the company look.
