27	The personal power I gained back when I stopped OLD I recently removed 400 followers and stopped following 500 on Instagram and boy...it has made me realize how much clutter there was on my feed!!! Now it’s just family, close friends or those friends I don’t see regularly but I’d still consider friends. I’m hoping one day I can quit cold turkey but I’m proud of myself for now :) I post a lot less because my family and close friends now what I’m up to because I tell them and I never feel the need to “show off”.
