I think they mess up with the natural reward system of your brain, making a lot of people unwilling to make efforts towards anything else. They're also an easy alternative for people who struggle or don't enjoy social interactions. The people who hate video game so much are imo trying to fight their own addiction. Been there.

This takes a slightly different approach. It is a subtle game of empathy, dominance and open-mindedness that you will not achieve as a "pure alpha bad boy™". If you are going to try this on your average cum dump, you will be disappointed and I recommand to stick to TRP. They lack the introspection required to understand themselves enough and you most likely will hit all of their desires by being perceived as their best dick and dominant sex. But on some girls, this might get you to live amazing …

When I started I used to be the weakest guy. My bench was empty bar and I couldn't do a bodyweight squat. Everything that I felt bad about was all in my head only. Guys, if anything, were willing to give tips and shit. Now, I'm still nowhere near the big guys but I can handle myself and know what I'm doing. And I see new guys coming in all skinny. I can almost sense how awkward they feel under the bar, struggling to bench 40 kg (roughly 90 lbs). The ones I see not giving up and keep coming back …

Yes you can change. The reason why you act in ways you don't like is because you are a slave to your mind and your habits suck. The fact that you are conscious of it is a blessing. It takes months and years to change but it's been done before and there's no reason you can't do it. Bring change into your life little by little, try one thing at a time and stick to it. The first step is to be conscious of your automatic reactions and thoughts and realise that you can detach yourself from them and r…

People will judge you on many things, especially appearances. If you hang around in town with an ugly girl, people will subconsciously think that this might be the best you can do. But in private, it's not that people won't judge you, it's that they don't know about it. That said, whether you should care or not of their judgment is situational. On the streets most people will forget you in seconds, unless you are spectacularly uncommon.

Ever heard the story of the girl who said out of the blue "I don't have sex on first dates" to a guy during their first date? Spoiler : They fucked that day. Sequel : She said the same thing to the next guy on their first date. It's called a sidebar test.

Are you putting yourself in situations where girls would come to you? Or at least tried something like Daygame, Nightgame or Tinder? Are you dressing in ways that highlight your perks? A male body that communicates strength will arouse and attract the attention of women like shit attracts flies. But you can't attract women if there are none to attract in the first place.

You act like a good person when you think of yourself first and aren't afraid to go for what you want, even if it means challenging people. Once your needs are met, you care about others. You act like a Nice Guy when you do good out of fear of confrontation. Your thoughts automatically and often subconsciously place other people's needs above yours because you think that they are worth more than you. Learn to love yourself.

Becoming a NBA player. Doing research in evolutionary psychology. Building an AI. Building a company. Becoming a multi-millionaire. Setting a deadlift world record. There are many different missions. I strongly believe that you should be emotionally invested in your mission. Passionate to the point of obsession. If people think you're crazy, good. You're living. A man who becomes conscious of the responsibility he bears toward a human being who affectionately waits for him, or to an unfinished w…

Yes. It will, probably a lot easier. But it's not necessarily the best course of action. In the end it's up to you, if you already wanna go through the grind now, by all means go. I respect the decision. Few weeks ago I've seen a fat guy (though he was also dressed like shit and badly groomed) approach a girl. She was awkwardly giggling but I could feel her being creeped out and looking for a way out asap. It looked pathetic and cringy. I don't want to be that guy. If you are unattractive, life …

If I was fat, I wouldn't bother with women until I got in shape. You get to fight approach anxiety on hard mode and all and that's cool but I'm sure there are plenty of other stuff that would have a much higher ROI for your time given your current circumstances. Like learning how to fight.

You're lying to yourself. If you were really happy with your situation you wouldn't have bothered writing this post in this very subreddit. You're afraid of wanting what you want. The Red Pill will fuck up your life at first. It has to. But it's worth it. The crabs will hate you, shame you, tell you "stop being someone you're not". Nobody can make that decision for you but if you get weeks between sex and you're not married yet, it looks bad. Because it's going to get worse. If you don't have th…

Top male pole dancers are very fit. I think you can work ways to present it that will give tingles to girls. And you can be competitive. Learn to deliver it and you'll be good. Great verbal peacock opportunity. The biggest downside imo would be that the odds of attracting sluts over LTR material is higher. All girls I've met who were doing pole dancing had enough red flags to never promote them to GF status.

I do Krav Maga. There are a lot of upsides and good reasons to do, but the downsides are real. Because of its dirty fight nature, the sparring we do is very light. It has to, because you learn how to disable an aggressor in the minimum amount of strikes and you don't want to damage your sparring partner. It's not a fighting sport, it's a survival system. After you learned the basic strikes (punch elbow knee kick), you learn to push your fingers in the eyes, kick in the balls, break the knees, di…

The only rational thing to do is to fully block contact, learn your lessons and move on with your life. It hurts, but any extra second you spend on that girl, even for a tasty revenge, is a total waste of time and later on, looking back, you will regret this waste even more than the failed relationship. Don't let petty anger control you. Don't be the bitch of your own mind. Act like a man, not a child. Use your anger to fuel a physical activity. Something that pushes you beyond your limits. Go r…

You can change but it's going to take a very long time (years), you will commit a lot of mistakes, hate yourself, give up a few times, lose most of your friends, suffer in places you don't even know existed in your body/mind, temporarily become an asshole, and worse, nihilistic. Speaking from experience. And some men get stuck in the process forever. But if you decide to accept the burden of performance, see your hardship as a gift instead of bathing in pity, and chose to win, you will tremendou…

Depends. For Alpha Fucks, only look and frame. You can be broke and live in your mother's basement and still have girls lining for your dick with rock solid game and/or sexy body. Edit : status sometimes comes into play as well for AF. Example : fitness coach. For LTR (with a non ATM guy) , everything else matters. I noticed though that frame (including game) and looks still come off as number one and two. For beta bux (living ATM, only duty sex at best), status and wealth are prime. Don't be th…

Learning game, absolutely. Even if you don't use it on chicks, it's an amazing way to diffuse drama in your life. In your professional life, your current plates, or if you ever plan on getting children. It will also teach you a lot about human behavior and an unique way to sell yourself. This is invaluable in long term. About getting hotter plates, man only you can know that. If you are truly satisfied with your current plates, then you don't need to upgrade yet. But plates break. Eventually you…

Of course. And I encourage your efforts, I think these are good, are imo you are definetely right to take your diet and body seriously. I actually suspected Indian family. It seems to be very common in the Indian culture to study whatever your parents ask you to study, so I guess my suggestion is taboo. You are not the first I engaged with this topic. But I still stand by my words. I'm going to repeat myself, but if you are 100% convinced that working to earn the money to get those surgeries is …

You missed the point of my comment entirely. Depending on circumstances, studying might be a better option than working in your case. The real question is, how long are you gonna let someone else lead your life and decide for you? Take other people's advice in consideration but never blame them for your decisions. They're entirely yours. Parents have to do this for their children because they are too young and irresponsible. Sometimes, they teach their kids to be responsible for their life, some…

Your post smells like it's coming out of the insecurity sewer. To me you just sound like you are deeply stuck in a self pity party. You can apply as much surgery as you want, nothing will change. Your issue is your mindset. I'm not saying that you should or shouldn't do the surgeries, I'm saying that you are trying to fix a fractured bone with painkillers. Take responsibility for your life. You need to stop being your parents helpless child. And that starts by stop blaming them for who you are. …

To me, taking the red pill wasn't about being a Liberal or Conservative but more about seeing life for what it is instead of what it should be. But I do see your point. You often hear for Liberals that "just because it's been this way until now doesn't mean it can't change!" The way I see, they just want to believe that the conscious mind dictates the body (nonsense) and refuse to admit that the way to deal with struggle is to toughen up, not lower the bar. I'm going on a philosophical tangent b…

A woman won't bother doing all these efforts for a man she doesn't look up to. The story of both parties spiraling down the SMV after marriage is common. And most PUA will tell you that married women are very easy lays. We don't have much details but I see three options : They are getting in shape to dump their guy (some plan this for months, sometimes unconsciously) and get back in the SMP. Their husbands fulfill their beta bucks part of hypergamy and they have secret side dicks for alpha fucks…

It's extremely difficult for a woman to live without romantic intimacy. I have never met a girl who could. Plus, on average, they can get over emotional pain much faster than men.

Right. A friend of mine is like you. I will assume you both suffer from the same thing. On this, I side with what Rollo said many times in the Red Man Group. Society in the 21th teaches us that women and men are equals and that you should expect the same things from a woman than a man. This is a big misunderstanding, aka bullshit. Yes, I met girls manlier than average Joe, but they all felt miserable in their life. I think your problem is that you expect too much from Joe and the wrong things fr…

Yes, it feels very very lonely when you open your eyes. Lazy guys will disgust you forever unless you become one yourself. Don't. And that's the majority. I personally manage it by channeling hatred into purpose and giving my life a mission. Everything else became irrelevant, and I finally understood what IDGAF truly meant. Perhaps this is what you lack? And btw, to me AWALT discovery was a painful shock but quickly turned into a relief, not a bother. Did a girl manipulate you? It is not clear t…

I suggest to keep it short at first (5m excluding hygiene) and increase it in length / activity gradually. From both personal and learned from others experience, if you make a sudden change and implement a badass 45 mins routine at once, you will get sick of it very quickly. Priority imo should go to drinking water, making your bed and hygiene (shower, teeth,...). Make your bed. I cannot stress enough the importance of this. Stretches are very also good but get used to what I listed above first.…

Brainwash yourself with hip hop and rap music. Don't just listen, sing it too. Other than that, a lot of these guys are like that out of necessity, not choice, because they genuinely had it tough and figured young that the only way to fight back is to become a badass. You want that look? Live every single day forcing yourself out of your comfort zone and commit to winning despite the discomfort, and it will come naturally.

Even if she knew why, she wouldn't tell directly. At best she will drop a hint. And the guy will drop even lower in her esteem, if he cares about it. I tried back in my early days. Now, when I break a plate or potential plate, if it must come to this, I prefer her to think of me as a selfish jerk over a harmless guy.

You get over it by understanding your potential and how you can get an amazing life still. Once you build your frame and make it solid, the missed past experiences will stop haunting you. I know this from personal experience. You need a mission and you must make it top priority in your life. And take action. It will empower everything else and eventually you will meet people worth being around. And a side effect is that most of the things you might think as important for now that are in fact not…

Iron Rule of Tomassi #6 Women are utterly incapable of loving a man in the way that a man expects to be loved. This, to me, is the definition of red pill awareness. This is the punch in the face. The sting that makes one bleed. The kick in the balls. Everything else derives from this.

Because confidence and people skills are earned and not given at birth. Any action that implies uncertainty has some degree of anxiety linked to it by default. It's up to you to learn to deal with it. Some get good at it early because they enjoy this, "the naturals". Most men need a kick in the ass by life to get the drive to learn those skills. It's also strongly related with your ability to manage tension. Make the efforts and it will happen. Scale it down to the smallest action you can start …
