It is. It’s just the ones people post don’t in order to rile people up. https://www.eastidahonews.com/2023/11/former-high-school-teacher-arrested-and-charged-with-rape-of-teenage-boy/

Gee, it's almost as if there is a difference between males and females. /s This type of rape only does psychological damage, not physical damage, therefore it is relevant to acknowledge the difference.

This is correct. Mental illness may make her want to key his car, but humans have the ability to logically know that it is wrong, and should be able to control their impulses. She did this because she is a shitty person, and thought she wouldn't get caught.

Haha. I’m a brain dead fuck and you don’t know the concept of hypothetical.

Ummmm... If women didn't exist, and only men did, then men going extinct would be the exact same thing as humans going extinct. No need to differentiate the two.

I have to agree that men would go extinct without women. Unless one of you guys can figure out how to give birth within one generation, I think extinction would be inevitable.

If you are so concerned with correct terminology, you should know that "pedophilia" is a sexual attraction to pre-pubescent children. A 15 year old is well past puberty. It's a crime, it's wrong, it's a lot of things, but it's not pedophilia.

Any day now?? Where have you been the last 4000 years?

Agreed. Which is why despite the fact that I would have been willing, it is still rape and still wrong.

I agree. It’s rape and it shouldn’t happen. I was only trying to explain why it was being “down played” in comparison to other rape situations

I can't speak for everyone, but I know at 15, me and my friends would have willingly been raped (had a sexual relationship with) by a hot 25 year old teacher. I'm not saying it's right. I'm not saying it should happen. I'm saying, I would have been a willing participant, and it would not have destroyed me.

It's because the potential damage for this type of rape is purely mental. That's to say that she didn't physically harm him, so any lasting repercussions would stem from his perception of it. If he had a good experience and enjoyed it, it's still rape, but he won't have damage from it. Most males wouldn't mind being "raped" by a beautiful older woman. I know I would have loved it.

Marijuana is in the exact same drug class as heroin, so I don't know if that's a valid argument.

The article never stated that she was "drunk." Under the influence and drunk are two different things.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
