You definitely snorted methamphetamine. MDMA lasts pretty much 4 hours and you can sleep afterward. Meth use more of your dopamine system. Never done meth, only amphetamine(speed) and i can tell you MDMA is a whole different head space.

so shes 21 and i dont know what she will be up to in italy but i think going on a trip in another country is a great life experience. I say let her go. ok it was 10 pounds on the bench ahah, and already trained before, but really, you see a good difference in the way you push through the weight. You have more energy in the beginning and tend to fall less on your face in the lasts reps. Again, it not magic, but give it a try. creatine isnt bad for your body, but make sure you stay hydrated, because of the water retention in your muscles. you will alos gain between 5 to 10 pounds of water in half a month.

taking creatine helps you with 1-2 reps. Those last reps will tear your muscles and this is what you want. Next, you need protein to build those muscles back. Training is all about pushing yourself. Those supplement help with that. Took creatine half a year ago, one week later i added 15pounds on my bench.

I think its just something that will eventually click for every guy who arent very efficient with girls. When guys are tired of being ignored or rejected by average/normal girls for no apparent reason, they will eventually start having a different vision of it. They will realise that being nice to girls, even though it feels natural and the only way to act, is not what they want. They dont want what they pretend.

The problem i think is that the complexity of time constant activity is pretty much closed until the fixing point of the observer crosse the same path. ok so this is all to take with moderation as im not an expert in any ways. But it seems to me that you should stay closer to her. kino. Maybe try to be natural with that attitude. it could come out as fake if you are not used to do it. Be confident, have a good time. Dont put her on a pedestal.
