That doesn't answer my question.

I mean that you're not listened to/believed etc.

Would you let a gay guy fuck you if it would benefit his self esteem?

So you're projecting your own inadequacies onto everyone else?

only meets women in bars "Why are all women only interested in getting drunk and going to bars?!?!?!?!"

I don't think that it's really a new obsession, it's more that in the society today we spend 90% of the time sitting on our asses getting fat and weak. It's cool for the folk that work construction and walk 5 miles to and from work each day, but without the gym everyone else turns into unhealthy, depressed shrimps. :/

Anyone who describes themselves as a 'nice person' has nothing else going for them.

You want to do well in your studies? Study. You want to be attractive to women? Exercise and get some confidence. Raise yourself up instead of convincing yourself that you're better than other people and that it's just society 'oppressing' you.

It's jealousy. They don't like how the attractive and charismatic guys seem to get 'all the women', so they have to convince themselves that they're unintelligent jerks that 'have no real goals after college'.

I am no longer gay. You can say I'm in denial all you want, I know for sure its a part of me that's gone. If a woman fucks 50 guys and then becomes born again and swears that she won't have casual sex again and will wait until marriage, and has sworn off all promiscuity, is she in denial about being a slut? ...Did you just slaughter your own argument?

Asexuality and homosexuality has positive effects to be selected for though. They're more likely to be caretakers of immediate family - people also carrying their genes - making them more likely to survive and reproduce. See the kin selection hypothesis.

You're the one saying that I'm assuming things about you while then going on to assume things about me, lol. Of course general ideas are one thing, but refusing to believe that people exist beyond them or that your opinions could be wrong is just shortsighted imo.

The reason I think that you're sheltered is that you seem to think that lesbians are limited to 'experimenting bi college girls and butch landwhales'. Hell, you think that homosexuality can be stopped by lifting and reading TRP. You thinking that I wish you were a neckbeard is nice projection on what you think I am, though. Seriously man, stop trying to put people in those pre-ordained boxes you've already lined up for them. Life is boring when you think you know everything.

You can argue that it's one way all you want, but if everyone else that speaks English agrees on a different definition than you, well...

Secondly, asexuality doesn't exist. Lol, how'd you come to that conclusion? I don't eat meat. Occasionally I'll smell a burger or roast dinner or lasagne and think "God damn that smells good", and I get hungry at the thought of eating it. I suppress that urge and stop myself from eating the meat. I call myself a vegetarian for not eating meat, you would call me a carnivore for thinking about eating meat. I stop myself eating meat even though I have the cravings because I am looking out for my he…

That article you linked to is basically a misogynist diatribe on "DAE women are vapid? Educating them doesn't help, haha!" People are people with a wide range of interests. Discounting an entire gender because you had a few bad experiences is infantile.

Friendships with men revolve around shared interests and intellectual discussion. Very few women have interests men care about, and fewer are any good at having intellectual discussion. There's no point in being friends with a woman over a man for those things. Oh, you're just a garden-variety misogynist, then. That is sad.

You say that you think that men aren't usually friends with women unless they want to have sex with them, that there's 'no reason to be'. If friendship is only a vehicle to get to the end goal of sex, there'd be no point in a heterosexual male pursuing a friendship with a man unless he wants to fuck him, no?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/08/16 08:41 PM

I don't believe men are often friends with women they don't want to sleep with. There's almost no reason to be, aside from connections to more women/people or business. Does this mean heterosexual males have no male friends bc they don't want to fuck them?

Nope. If you have decided you don't want sex, and your no means no, then it's on you to enforce that no. that means if it's 2 am and he's at your house and sex ain't happening, you need to politely ask him to leave. That's hugely insulting to men. Do you think that guys are children that can't control themselves or something? And frankly, any man worth his salt will leave right after a rejection like that because if he isn't getting sex he's wasting his time. Right... Because sex is the end goal…

Many TRPers used to be orbiters that tried to make a girl fall in love with them by being the best friend possible and doing everything for her she could ever wish for, even things she didn't wish for. They literally can't imagine that other people can have healthy friendships with women, because they believe that all women are like those that led them on. They never had a female friend that cared about them or actually liked them so they believe that no women could care about men. :( It's reall…

Because saying "no" and then inviting him to stay there sends the message of "it's no for right now; but if you stay and try harder, maybe you can change my mind". Eh, what? This sounds like an excuse that rapists come up with after the fact. "No" is extremely clear. I don't know how it could be more clear. Someone rejecting you at the last minute is disappointing, sure, but I think it'd be an even bigger dick move to suddenly go "Oh yeah and you need to get out. Too bad it's 2am and your house …

AND tell him to leave. Why?

What is being said is that if she invites a man in after a date, and she reconsiders, she needs to make that crystal clear: "NO" and "we are done here" and "please leave now" while standing by her open door. Ah, I see. Well, that's pretty much common sense, she should just say she's not going to have sex with him etc. What's the other side of the argument? lol

That sounds like a hugely unhealthy relationship on the guy's part imo. If you can't accept being friends without becoming that much emotionally involved/pining on something that won't happen, you should just leave the friendship. It just causes misunderstandings and resentments on both sides. Edit: Why are these men friends these women and going over to dine and provide moral support while not being in a relationship with her? Uh... That is what friends do for each other?

Um, we're talking here about men interested in women sexually, and women interested in men sexually. Obvsly there are times where it's nonsexual.... but that's not what is under discussion here... Really, huh. So... I'm not really sure what is under discussion here. Are you trying to argue that if a woman invites a man over with the impression that they're going to have sex, she's not allowed to rescind consent??

Inviting people to your house is in no way illegal. Didn't say that I thought that that was his opinion, I was just giving an example to ask him to clarify what he meant by 'she cannot invite him over and act like things are meant to be platonic. ' As in 'Why not? Is it illegal?'

But if a woman invites a man back to her place, he is going to construe that as an invitation to pursue sex. Not in my experience. It really matters on context. Have you just been dancing at a bar and making out for the last couple of hours? Then ok, sex might be on the table. If you're just hanging out and want to go and get a meal/some drinks at a woman's house, it's not the same idea.

Aside from actually being friends, which is more often than not an orbiter being friendzoned, What do you mean by this? why will a woman invite a man back to her place if not for something sexual? For lunch, for a cup of tea and a talk, for dinner, to help with something, to go and meet someone else who is at the house, to pick up something, to stay over after missing their transport, to stay over for moral support, etc etc. Those are just reasons I recall in the last couple of weeks for when pe…

Consequences? Wtf? If a woman invites a man back to her place the expectation is sex, she cannot invite him over and act like things are meant to be platonic. I'm pretty sure she can. Yea, in some situations it might be misconstrued communication-wise, but she can still do it. Inviting people to your house is in no way illegal.

It is an enjoyable post, but, agreed. We've always used 'fiction' as a substitute for reality since we could communicate to each other.

It's literally feeling their emotions, not just being able to understanding their emotions and reflecting them in turn. Dude, now you're branching into sci-fi territory. Men are now betazoids.

I'd say the other 'reason' for TBP is to share and laugh like hell at all of the nutty posts on TRP.

Same in Brasil and most countries in Central America. If you don't have a maid you aren't middle class.
