This was good information. If it was a book, it's one that I would've sat in the bookstore and read the whole damn thing and then put back on the shelf. Another reminder that I need to do more listening to others while I'm analyzing things in my head. Thanks for the part about the initial anxiety being normal and just get past it.

OYS #2 Age 40, 6’0”, 195. Alcoholic - sober 18 months Married, she’s 36. Two kids (16, 14) step-son: douchebag know-it-all, daughter: sweet and loving My first OYS wasn’t really an OYS at all. I own that. Reading the sidebar. Quit reading the Rational Male until I get the other 3 done. Still waiting on the 3 prerequisites to come in the mail. Meanwhile I’ve been watching Stone’s video’s on NMMNG. Still no gym access, so I’m relying on a bunch of different body weight exercises. This is the first…

I don't think it's ever pissed me off before because she wanted to fuck. I go in the bedroom and ask her if she had been thinking about the c…

OYS #1 Age 40, 6'0, 195 I've been reading MRP off and on for a few months and posted once on askMRP which was a bunch of hogwash though I believed it at the time. I can't halfass this if I want real results, so here I am. Reading sidebar and started Rational Male before noticing I skipped the prerequisites. Those 3 books will be here Monday and I'll get started on those. Local gym is supposed to open up soon. I've been doing body weight stuff and using the weights I have to develop a routine. I'…
