And now that his career is taking off in the next year, I put all of my individual dreams aside. I wanted to go to med school for my entire life, literally. We got married last year and now I’m in full wife-mode. I had no idea I’d be doing this lol but it’s great. I only work 3 days a week and won’t have to work at all once we have kids. Many military wives are SAHMs, and even moreso for religious men. 10	WOC, what are your tips for dating white men? I’m a black woman. I’ve always been attracted nearly exclusively to white guys, and I’m married to one. I find all other races attractive but my personality aligns best with white men oddly enough. The best thing is to embrace all the things you have in common.
