I know a chatgpt crafted story when I see one, doesn’t help that the first thing I notice on your profile is your post talking about subscribing and paying for chatgpt plus lmao😭

oh wow this is genuinely one of the saddest things ive read in a while, I dont mean this in a shady way but maybe you can try bumble where women message first. that can fit into your parameters of needing to be approached by women first

idk I never hear about these kinda issues or see them play out irl until I joined this subreddit. maybe for a select group of women? in average day to day life I dont think its that deep

ya sure that possibility could happen! sounds more like an arranged marriage than a love marriage, whatever floats their boat

I see and im sorry if the man cant attract someone he finds attractive. I think lots of people “settle” in life, or maybe we can reword it to “compromise” whether its jobs, careers, and relationships too. or maybe the average people should accept they’re average and not have unrealistic expectations

but I see average looking women with average looking men all the time and vice versa. whats the problem? average people are hooking up and getting into relationships constantly. the loud minority will be upset or think they’re “above market value” and yap on the internet wanting a perfect man I guess.. but I see average people hookin up all the time building relationships. in the nicest way possible I would suggest people on this subreddit to go be social and go out every weekend and touch grass…

I think the reality is somewhere in the middle! I genuinely never see half the issues on these pill theory subreddits play out in real life, and the idea that all men arent attracted to their partners feels extreme. thats probably a issue more relevant to men or women on the edges of that “dating bell curve” idk I dont see these generalizations irl

im gen z and we must be living on different planets because this doesnt reflect what I see every weekend. just the opposite imo i think you might be projecting I dont really understand half these posts

I agree but this is worded so weirdly lol. a few of my friends have unrealistic standards when dating, but they’re definitely the minority. most people I know date within their “league” and this only seems to be an issue for a small group of people who fall outside the norm. reminds me of those bell curves where most people land somewhere in the middle and a minority of people on the ends of the curve will have kinda radical unrealistic views. idk I mean most people I know are still pairing up, …

no lol not at all! trust me I was just as shocked reading through subreddit too as an american woman. keep in mind lot of the stuff and problems here reflect a very small, loud minority, not the majority! what you’re seeing on here isn’t always reality, it’s just a few loud voices venting

I hope you read this and maybe you see it through a different lens! when you’re on a date, the environment really sets the tone. you want to be somewhere that feels flirty, comfy, and relaxed with good mood lighting, the whole romantic vibe. It makes suchhhh a difference! If you can’t afford to take first dates out to dinner, thats totally fine, and I would never shame you for that, but how about a nice bar or lounge? idk about yall but I dont feel my hottest most flirty self sittin in a busy co…

no I wouldnt really care if it was a stranger. if it were someone I was dating, I would care more, but otherwise its your life and your decision to do what you want. honestly nobody really cares unless they have a vested interest in you. I would probably feel a little sad that you feel that way, but after 30 seconds, it wouldnt really affect me or anyone else. I think most people dont have the emotional capacity for strangers views like that to really give it any second thought lol

just bc someone doesnt post who they date on social media doesnt mean they’re single. I would say it doesnt reflect on their love life! I think that these women know their business relies on men thinking they are single online and they keep it that way. im sure theres no shortage of pursuing going on!

pls dont hate me for saying this but I start to find it less ideal when someone between ages 27-30 is still living at home. once they’re over 30 it becomes unattractive and makes me feel like this emoji 😬
/r/PurplePillDebate20/12/24 05:53 AM

this sub is so interesting bc who told you women in their 20s go after 30 or 40 year olds? I dont see these things play out like this irl, yall gotta be chronically on reddit or something. we date in our age range…

wait what im so confused by these replies! its common in my friend groups for girls to call guys bro or bruhhhh. its VERY common, my last boyfriend and I would call each other bro jokingly bc a lot of guys say it between each other and its funny when you say it back to them. im not describing it right… trust me this you’re reading too much into this😂😭
