Has anyone successfully gotten a family court to order therapy for children when the other parent won’t agree?Don't bother engaging. Feeding trolls only encourages them. | /r/Divorce_Men | 17/08/26 07:12 AM
Stressing out right nowHate to say it, but you're sort of fucked. On paper, you're married 12 years, and courts care about paper. California considers 10+ years of marriage long-term when it comes to alimony. If you'd gotten formal separation at 7, even if you still lived together and never divorced, you would probably have it easier. I'm not a lawyer, and have never been divorced in California, but if she's willing to fight, I think you've got a tough road ahead of you. | /r/Divorce_Men | 16/08/26 09:29 AM
Why is it 2nd Marriages Fail Even More Than the 1st?Don't even get a joint tax return here. They got rid of that ages ago under the banner of female empowerment. | /r/Divorce_Men | 06/08/26 06:05 AM
Why is it 2nd Marriages Fail Even More Than the 1st?Because people who refuse to divorce, and will continue in a relationship no matter how toxic, have been removed from the sample. | /r/Divorce_Men | 06/08/26 06:05 AM

You could just be seeing who she really is when she doesn't have the energy to fake it. | /r/Divorce_Men | 24/07/26 02:30 AM |
Enraged.Nobody said it did. "Childish" is not a legal standard. | /r/Divorce_Men | 13/06/26 04:26 AM
