1	How do you know you are improving socially? I never thought of imagining myself as a different person. I think that well help a lot in putting things into perspective. I think I will start trying to get in the habit of acknowledging the length of conversations, topics of conversations (whether she is receptive to sexual conversation) and how many women initiate conversation (whether I had talked to them first or otherwise) Thanks for the tips	/r/seduction	26/09/16 03:22 PM
1	How do you know you are improving socially? Interesting. How does recording audio go for a club/bar setting? That's where I do most of my encounters but I can't imagine I would be able to hear myself (or her for that matter) all that clearly. I could see the usefulness of most of those as metrics. 1	How do you know you are improving socially? I would say that I'm happier now then I've been in the past for sure, but I guess it's still hard to see that as an improvement to my social life. Like before I was depressed and felt like I was not successful with women at all. Now I feel a bit happier but I feel like my depressed self had the same charisma.
