Is this all just "online" feminists? I swear, in my day-to-day I experience zero feminists or wild leftists it makes me question if people only react to "someone on the Internet said...". Are y'all actively experiencing this? It feels the same vibe as "there are Somalians in Minnesota". Ok, so what?...

There were so many opportunities to reduce waste and streamline operations in a practical manner, but they came out with a chainsaw like it's a gameshow and told us it's DEI and fraud.

No doubt, I agree with the rampant dei/woke stuff, and I agreed with sealing the border and deporting illegals, I even believe we need to take it further. I don't agree with damn near everything else he's doing. RFK Jr., Musk/DOGE, McMahon, Navarro/Tariffs, big beautiful bill, FEMA, NASA, Trump coin bribes, criminal pardons, the debt, and on and on. I'm not a democrat, so I'm not interested in defending them either, but that isn't in the same league at this point. Maybe we all agree to stop voti…

I'm always so conflicted with these. At 17 I'd have been ready and willing. But, these days the rules are different and 17 year olds are less emotionally equipped or something.

I remember as it happened. After the truth came out I felt so fucking bad for the father. I couldn't even imagine that pain.

Snapshots from our youth, preserved in time. For us older folks, they are just that. A moment. Free of context, or volume. I can only say; thank god! Today we have smartphones everywhere all capturing HD video. This poor girl will have this extended moment follow her forever. A constant reminder of how utterly stupid she was.

Both were very attractive and fairly mature with good careers, and no kids. I'm no player, which I think is both good and bad. If I were more of a player I think those numbers would be higher, but then quality would be lower. I have always leaned toward relationship and not one nighters.

10 years ago I was (late 30s) dated a 23 year old and a 25 year old. Been married for 8 and wife is 11 years younger. I'd say as I got into my late thirties the quality of women at all ages went up. I get more interest from women in the mid-late 20s than the other. More still from over 30s. It's all relative.

You lost me at #1 - not at all true for myself at least (late 40s). I totally blow my younger self away. take that younger me!

Absolutely factors in. Ugly guy vs good looking guy. Ugly woman vs good looking. All on a sliding scale. The uglier you are the more vile, depraved and guilty you are.

I don't have many guy friends, but I'm fairly ok socially. Mainly it comes down to how much effort I choose to put in. If I'm single, I put more effort in. If I'm with someone, I put very low effort into friend maintenance. I think they (my fair weather friends) eventually realize this. It's not that I don't like them and enjoy hanging with them, I'm just socially lazy unless I want to get laid.

If Franken looked like Ryan Reynolds it wouldn't be assault. It's clear the line is drawn based on looks. Your ability to grab asses un-assailed is based on the receivers perception of your position on that sliding scale. BUT, if you cry wolf, you better not have a picture like in the OP floating around or it moots the scale. That's the algorithm. Someone make an iPhone app out of it.

a further byproduct is that the whole feminist movement has become toxic. Much like other fringe groups that push their agendas way too hard end up essentially radicalizing everyone -- gays, black's (BLM), whites (racists rednecks voting in Trump), Mexicans (illegals demanding citizenship)... Anyone neutral on these topics is pushed further from center. Now instead of seeing feminists and fringe feminists I just see a bunch of illogical wack-a-doos. I know there is a difference and there are san…

Here is another female pilot that trained with her, Carey Lohrenz. I watched this interview before I wrote the above. If you watch it, pay attention when she says (paraphrased) "you should ignore that voice that says you may not be ready yet, women should go all in, because men do". A little cavalier attitude when you are landing aircraft on a moving runway. From what I see Lohrenz was disqualified after being deemed dangerous. My point being that feminism or women's empowerment or whatever may …

The shits dangerous and you should know your own limitations. Not everyone is cut out to land a jet on an aircraft carrier. Even in good weather it's not easy. I guess I'm saying she may not have been true to herself.
