Letter at 50 to a younger selfSpot on. You've basically described my brother - 37 years of age, never moved out of home, lives upstairs in his own completely isolated space. No social contact outside of family. His escape - music, movies, books, pornography, and lots of booze and marijuana. Hell yes he's depressed but has been on meds for 9 months, not the answer but it has helped. Diet is shocking, don't even mention exercise. How do you even change that? | /r/TheRedPill | 21/06/17 06:53 AM
Why self-esteem is important and how to increase it.It isn't enough to just know you have these self-sabotaging behaviors and procrastinate or do nothing about it. You need to catch yourself doing it and have a moment of conscious clarity. Yep! I'll add my two cents: With self destructive behaviour, we are often running away from ourselves, refusing to tackle our problems but instead using 'things' (drugs, alcohol, gambling, porn) to give us temporary relief (to distract us, and/or provide dopamine boost). But this can create a vicious cycle beca… | /r/TheRedPill | 11/04/17 02:23 AM
FR: My first day out daygaming after a year and a half of lethargyI reckon it's usually good. Sometimes women look away then back again because they are shy. It's also somewhat of an automatic action to not stare at people, then her brain realises "Hey hang on he was cute" so she looks back. It could be these things, or it could not be! | /r/TheRedPill | 11/04/17 01:51 AM
FR: My first day out daygaming after a year and a half of lethargyLonger the better, but anything more than the usual split second glance is good. Say, 2 seconds or so. A smile is an IOI, long eye contact + smile = she's open to talk. If she's staring at you for more than 15 seconds you can probably mount her immediately...or you've got something really weird going on that you're not aware of (penis drawn on face in black pen, et cetera) | /r/TheRedPill | 11/04/17 01:37 AM
FR: My first day out daygaming after a year and a half of lethargyOk, random suggestion which works well to both find and open women during the day: photography. My city has loads of iconic laneways and photo spots, OFTEN there are hot tourists in these areas. So easy to open with talk about photos, compare photos, then suggest a cool close-by spot and walk them there. It establishes a common connection, and shows knowledge. It's also not weird to be out taking photos on your own, if anything it displays skill, it also gives you a legitimate reason to be there… | /r/TheRedPill | 11/04/17 01:03 AM
FR: My first day out daygaming after a year and a half of lethargyGood advice, I agree. Establish a bit of natural common banter first, rather than immediate personal questions. An open park may not be the easiest for natural banter. What about bars/pubs, uni campuses, city events etc. Places where you can find stationary women, and can share some common basic experience | /r/TheRedPill | 11/04/17 12:48 AM
AWALT Confirmed. Thanks Redpill, I owe you one.Yes. I think it's also some psychological trick like, "I know I AM lying and hiding shit, so if I act suspicious towards HIM and talk about trust/honesty it will seem like I really care about these things (therefore he will think I'm trustworthy and deflect suspicion away from me)" As we can see its often the opposite. | /r/TheRedPill | 30/03/17 06:28 AM
AWALT Confirmed. Thanks Redpill, I owe you one.Sorry to hear it, but great that you took it like a man and didn't let her emotionally manipulate you into staying with her. That said, there are so many avenues of communication these days with smartphones. Facebook, Insta, Snapchat, Tinder, Dating Apps, Skype...closed and private groups as well...Tell me a decent looking modern chick who doesn't have a bunch of men available at the press of a finger on her smartphone. | /r/TheRedPill | 29/03/17 11:31 PM
(FR) Keep frame, get laid; AWALTFirst up, I don't believe OP did wrong here. But I thought what you said was interesting...how does the supposed amorality of TRP influence the actions of individuals in the real world? Sorry if a post has been made on this subject before.. | /r/TheRedPill | 29/03/17 11:20 PM
(FR) Keep frame, get laid; AWALTNice quote. But be careful how you take it. I think Nietzsche surely advocated being masculine and living life on one's own terms, but increasing power through creative practice, independent thought and mastery of skills. He would not generally have condoned using power to injure, manipulate, exploit or otherwise harm others. He was not "amoral", but rather questioned morality. | /r/TheRedPill | 29/03/17 11:02 PM
Need SuggestionsApproach without eye contact. Or with eye contact. But don't wait for it. Your post is rather general...We need specifics to help. | /r/TheRedPill | 15/01/17 07:44 AM
My Friend's Story: She fuck another guy in the next room.Ok point taken. Luckily, I don't live in the US! | /r/TheRedPill | 15/01/17 07:25 AM
Field Report: "Damn it, it's all true."Stay open to what is 'true' and what is 'false'. Don't let negative emotions cloud judgement. Focus on personal development and best of luck. | /r/TheRedPill | 15/01/17 06:37 AM
Social Contrivances that Women Use to Compromise Male Sexual StrategyOne issue here: The rational option may not always be the 'correct' one. Don't be a slave to rationality. The irrational should not be discounted as it can produce powerful outcomes, albiet often at the expense of others. | /r/TheRedPill | 15/01/17 06:29 AM
My Friend's Story: She fuck another guy in the next room. Many details lacking in this story. How did your mate allow his gf to fuck another guy in his house while he was there? Saying he is 'beta' is not adequate. Come on. Also, you say she got a restraining order. Maybe your laws differ, but where I'm from a court must issue one, meaning a court hearing needs to take place. The male has a right to defend himself; he should seek legal advice. As a side note, I had a restraining order against my now ex-gf and it was a lengthy process. He tried to kill … | /r/TheRedPill | 15/01/17 05:59 AM
