Bad hygiene has a lot to do with health and how you take care of yourself Uhhhhh doesn't that also apply to being thin? You diet and exercise to take care of your body which results in being thin. Hygiene is the practice of maintaining health, fat people are unhealthy, therefore they have bad hygiene.

You would gain a lot of muscle but his weight is very dependent on his height, I'm assuming to lift that much and weigh so little OP is 5'6 or below, or 5'8 and very lean (8-12% body fat)
