Being frustrated with other people almost always boils down to being frustrated with yourself. You are absolutely right the, core problem is more of that I cannot reject my environment (yet) my own reality comes crashing down fast because of nerves or some other shit.

It's more of having the means to formulate and test some kind of strategx as opposed to being overhelmed and confused. I don't plan anything in Detail, it's much more of a "well let's try that and see where it takes me" attitude
