What should i do about my Instagram?Instead of app blockers, why don't you delete the app once you're done using for the day. And then the next time you need it for work, install it again. Rinse and repeat. I had a different issue but solved it with a similar solution as I gave you. Initially when the quarantine started, TV was a background noise when I was working from home and eventually I started watching TV and slacked on work. So I decided I won't watch TV during the weekdays and unplugged the TV from the wall socket. I just … | /r/askTRP | 22/05/20 01:31 PM
Do l look too skinny for a 6ft tall male? Get stared down often :/I'm not going to give you an opinion on your legs. But this is my general opinion: your insecurity brought you here to make this post. Don't look for a hack to slightly get rid of the insecurity (i.e. looking for comments which say your legs are fine). Rather just put in some actual work to improve your legs. Your insecurity will automatically go away! | /r/seduction | 20/05/20 01:53 PM

Using quarantine to build good habitsDon't just add habits. Rather replace the habits that are negatively affecting you with positive ones. Once you've gotten rid of all the negative habits, then you can add more positive habits. Also having an accountability buddy helps if you think you'll fail eventually if you do it by yourself. | 1 | Advise on improving my food/workout routine to lose fat (I'm 5'10" and weigh 172 lbs with 20 - 25% body fat)How long should I maintain the high calorie diet and what should my goal weight be before I stop bulking? | /r/askTRP | 13/05/20 06:34 PM
Advise on improving my food/workout routine to lose fat (I'm 5'10" and weigh 172 lbs with 20 - 25% body fat)I'm not comfortable in trying out sprints because of an injury in my ankle. I want to make sure that it's fully healed before I put in stress on my ankle. I'll add a core workout to my routine every day. And I've been sleeping for a minimum of 8 hrs and been drinking more than 2.5 litres of water every day. | /r/askTRP | 13/05/20 06:15 PM
Advise on improving my food/workout routine to lose fat (I'm 5'10" and weigh 172 lbs with 20 - 25% body fat)I used TDEE calculator as you had mentioned in your previous post and my maintenance calories is 2293 per day. How much calories do you think I should consume? Also according to the calculator website my macros for low carb diet(40/40/20): Protein: 229g Fats: 109g Carb: 115g Also, do I change anything about my current workout following lean bulking? | /r/askTRP | 13/05/20 06:07 PM
Advise on improving my food/workout routine to lose fat (I'm 5'10" and weigh 172 lbs with 20 - 25% body fat)Intermittent fasting seems like a good idea too. I wanted to try out meat, fruits and veggies diet to see how it worked out for me before trying intermittent fasting. I used to be a little unhealthy with my diet and just changing up my diet to something this healthy was a good first step for me. From your other reply, I want to eat 350 - 500 calories less than my BMR for next few weeks to just know how much do I need to consume. Once I'm accustomed to the amount of food, I'll try intermittent fa… | /r/askTRP | 13/05/20 05:47 PM
Advise on improving my food/workout routine to lose fat (I'm 5'10" and weigh 172 lbs with 20 - 25% body fat)Yeah I just calculated the BMR and it came to be 1839 calories. So with the workout I'm doing right now, it would come to little more than 2k calories per day. So my daily caloric goal should be somewhere between 1500 - 1700. Till now, I've been either having a meal for lunch or a snack depending on my hunger level. If I don't choose between the two and have both lunch and my snack in the evening, I should be able to reach that caloric goal. Thank you for the advise! | /r/askTRP | 13/05/20 05:38 PM

Advise on improving my food/workout routine to lose fat (I'm 5'10" and weigh 172 lbs with 20 - 25% body fat)I didn't think about this. It makes sense to lean bulk for my current self. But I don't have the means to do proper intense workouts. I can just do body weight exercises till the quarantine is over. Given that, do you still think lean bulking would be the best way to go about losing fat? | /r/askTRP | 13/05/20 05:15 PM

Advise on improving my food/workout routine to lose fat (I'm 5'10" and weigh 172 lbs with 20 - 25% body fat)I've been using Lifesum to track calories for the past week and it's been between 1000 - 1500 calories per day depending on if I snack in the afternoon or have a meal. The motive behind the workouts was to do some basic exercises to become stronger and hit the gym right after the quarantine is over. I'm not expecting to get an ideal body just from the current workout. Bicycle seems like a good alternative to walking. I have a friend who's been trying to sell his. I'll get that and start cycling.… | /r/askTRP | 13/05/20 04:48 PM

I've been tracking calories for the past week and have been consuming between 1000 - 1500 calories on average. I tend to not snack if I have lunch and vice versa. It's closer to 1500 if I have lunch and closet to 1000 if I have afternoon snack snack. | /r/askTRP | 13/05/20 04:42 PM |
