You still said hi. That's a big step up from doing nothing. You don't have to stand in front of her awkwardly, just say hi and move on. Next time, ask for directions. If you're comfortable with that, turn it up a notch and ask her something else.

These posts provide good content, as far as I can see. What's the problem with advertising a free group, at the end of your post, when the point of the post is not to advertise, but to provide value?

You don't have to know them well to have a conversation hook, you just have to know something about them. You could comment on a jacket, or joke about one guy ordering two beers by himself, or say something about a piece of conversation you overheard. The more relaxed you get in these situations, the easier it will be for you to just have natural conversations.
/r/seduction22/11/18 01:04 PM

Get a job at a bar. Might not be possible for many, but you're at uni, so it might work out. I've been a bartender for a year now, and I have very little difficulty with social interactions anymore, especially with strangers, since my job requires me to, well, have social interactions with strangers all the time. The setting is relaxed and social, most people in bars are pretty open. You also have good reasons to talk to people, so it doesn't make you feel awkward as much, and you just get used …

Touch her.
/r/seduction18/11/18 02:43 PM

Mainly just look for something to comment on. A bit of conversation you overheard that you know something about, comment about something they are looking at, you get the idea. The sort of stuff you would say to your friends in a similar situation. Maybe they are talking about a TV show you know ( " Mabel and Sooss are the coolest ever "), complaining about the waiter taking forever ( " he's usually pretty quick, it's pretty full tonight "), looking at that weird dude across the street you notice…

That was my problem as well. Scared of escalating, so just floated along, because nothing happened she "friendzoned" me. But really it was myself settling in there, there was pretty much nothing else she could do other than jump my bones. I hoped for the latter instead of doing something out of fear of being rejected / not good enough.

Fucking chicks doesn't equal success with women. Some women may be attracted to the strong, not giving a fuck masculinity of these scumbags. But that's really their only asset. They are imbalancend, self absorbed, inconsiderate, selfish, immature. To a woman that doesn't know what real confidence and strength looks like, these qualities seem to be attractive. What does that say about the woman? The whole "boohoo women like assholes" story is bullshit. Women are attracted to strength and masculin…

You maybe don't "need" it, but it can surely help you get better anyway.
/r/seduction01/07/16 08:53 PM

Nope, great for everyone, and not just to improve game. Seeing your thoughts from kind of a meta perspective gives you the freedom to choose which ones you want to follow, feed or accept, and which ones to let go, ignore or weed out. You will learn important things about yourself, your beliefs and reality itself. Also great for improving your willpower and focus.
/r/seduction01/07/16 08:51 PM

I'd say it is a pretty good environment to practice. Everyone's more open and social, usually there is a playful and relaxed vibe. Just don't take it too seriously, don't get too drunk, relax and have fun. Don't focus on "getting her", you will end up in your head, overthinking. Try to touch her more than you usually would. Good luck.

This might or might not work, depending on how often you think about and care to use your willpower to do it. It's more effective and efficient to do the exercises in this video

That's what I mean with caution. Educate yourself about what you are about to do and decide if it's the proper way to go. Make sure you are in the right mindset and prepare properly.

Proceed with caution, especially on high doses. Might want to try microdoses, though. Might help your situation.

If you have serious mental health issues you should see a professional about them. Heck, even if you don't consider them serious, it will benefit you greatly. How long have you been meditating? I feel like well being and mental health go hand in hand, so I don't get how it can be one but not the other. When you meditate regularly for longer periods, you become aware of all the processes simultaneously running in your brain, and the more you watch them without getting sucked in, the more control …

Meditate. Daily. This is really the first thing to establish. Declutter your mind, the rest will be much easier from then on.

German here. Try it and see. You can't really tell in advance. Some people might be really friendly and open (probably the younger ones) , others not so much. Young people generally speak English pretty well. You also got the exotic bonus,so... You might just get lucky .

Good ideas, thanks for posting. I really like the safe word and the nonadjusting, new ideas for me. I personally have experience with "dropping the ego", since I never assumed I was a sex God from the start, so I kept trying to get better. I never took the direct route of asking however, I'm sort of inhibited doing that (ego in the way?) . I always check for non verbal clues, wich has worked well so far, but I think there is more potential. How do women react if you ask them directly? Where ther…

Thinking of people who have never danced before, especially with low confidence , I think it's mandatory for them to try and get comfortable before going public. They are certainly going to get paralyzed if they try to do it on fly.

I think it would be a good idea to get some experience with moving your body to music on your own, instead of having your first ever dance experience in a room filled with people. Take 5 to 10 minutes out of your day, put on some music you enjoy and just let go. It might be beneficial to make sure not getting 'caught', just to help you get started. Enjoy yourself and the music, the anxiety comes from the feeling of other people judging you, try an have a good time with yourself and the music. St…

I think it is also a problem of the demographic. Hispanic girls who are happily fucking black dudes won't end up there, because, duh, they don't need to. I think a large percentage of people go there because they have problems with dating / meeting people offline, and not just to supplement their normal dating life. I don't think that should be seen as representative.

Well... Move out, bigger town, get friends. Seriously, get your shit and the basics of life together and you will have a good foundation to practice your game.

That is precisely why you should try out a nicely groomed, short full beard. It can do to wonders in compensating not so ideal facial proportions. And don't forget to smile.
/r/seduction19/07/15 06:16 PM

I agree you are not ugly at all, some fine tuning can do wonders for your self esteem though. As has been said above, try a new haircut and try growing a nice full beard, works wonders for many guys.

I think a lot of guys have the problem to assume that women judge attractiveness the same way men do. That's not the case, at all. Because men are so focused on looks when choosing an attractive partner, we think that women do the same. I'm not going to tell you that looks don't matter, because that's not true, but they matter far less than you can imagine. What's way more important is your self image, so stop judging yourself for things you can do nothing about and start appreciating the good t…

I developed a little trick when I was feeling down once. I started to imagine everyone I met with a big, honest, happy smile. All the glum faces on the bus in the morning? All beaming at me. I noticed this considerably improved my mood, which led to more smiling on my side as well.

Dude, you are clearly overthinking this. Just get the two girls to the party and see where it goes. If you keep analysing everything like you do now, you will stop being in the moment and end up in your head. Keep it fun and playful, and adjust course according to the situation. Good luck.
