| 1 | Boy, 6, suspended from Silver Spring school for pointing finger like a gun - The Washington PostEven if he did, I don't think that suspension is an appropriate method of punishment. A time out would have been a much better solution. My brother imagined himself as a Power Ranger and played with other kids with fake guns and swords. Nobody freaked. I understand that the schools are on edge with all of those shootings, but he is a KID! I am sure he know the difference b/w right and wrong, but kids act out.
