1	About false accusations, and "innocent until proven guilty", if there was an actual victim who came out to say someone assaulted them, why should we still prefer to believe a possible rapist than someone who most likely did get assaulted? Thats why we need a better investigation system/tools. If we have better means to prove someone guilty or innocent, this problem could be avoided altogether.
