3	This really pissed me off Funny, I already mentioned that her "outburst was a bit excessive" but it is only now, when you pointed it out, I noticed that she may be a very rude person. 2	This really pissed me off Er, it does. Sure, the outburst was a bit excessive, but it could have been prevented if she was told beforehand that it's normal for the boxes to pile up and that there's no need for her to feel like a bad person for not being able to do her job properly.
