Definitely contact her again. I feel like you are over thinking that moment she obviously wasn't completely put off as she wanted you to kiss her forehead. Also situations are only awkward if you let them feel awkward. She will either say yes to seeing you again or no and then you move on to the next one. From what you've said though it sounds like she is interested and would say yes to seeing you again.

This is great advice I pulled a 9 last week because I was talking to her group of friends and once they found out I was single they introduced me to their single friend. I did not approach this group because I wanted to pull. I approached to chat and have a good time.

Thanks I think this is what I needed to hear. I think I was focusing to much on trying to say the right or thing and be funny or witty. P.s. I just messaged the tinder match that I've put off for a few days.

How would you address not knowing what to say?

You have no idea how many people I know from going out. I almost always go out alone and I either make new friends or bump into old ones. Everyone says I'm crazy or ballsy for doing it but I have so much fun. I just did after my friends wouldn't go out with me and I've never regretted it just do it and you'll become more confident by facing your fear.

Don't worry about her not replying for a few hours she's probably just busy with her life, work, etc. I think you should definitely be trying to escalate things as you've had a few dates but I get the feeling you are letting the fear of rejection get in your way. You need to take some risk otherwise you won't get anywhere try not to worry about the consequences. She seems interested so the chances are you'll succeed. If not then you've not really lost anything you can move on there are plenty of…

When I started following this sub within a few months I had overcome my shyness/social anxiety but you have to push your self and get out of your comfort zone otherwise you won't get anywhere.

I've been using tinder about a month. I've had about 10 matches although I unmatched them as I wasn't talking to them because I couldn't figure out what to say. I'm not sure what percentage I swipe right on but I try to use my swipes up every day. By 5th exchange do you mean 5th message? You're 4th piece of advice is blank did you mean to write something there?

Thanks I currently am doing this I'm going out on weekends, learning to drive, going to the gym, seeing friends and hanging with my ex's family as we are really close and I live with them. Tinder is just something my friends suggested and at the start of the break up was an ego boost getting matches but I'm just using it on the side and I want to go further with it I've been talking to girls on nights out and making out with some of them. I have developed confidence and I've started loving mysel…

I like this list I made quite a few of these mistakes in my last relationship. Thankfully after breaking up with my ex I have become such a better person.

I never really did. I just did what felt natural. It's pretty easy after you get over the anxiety. Now I find a lot of people dance with me or copy my moves. From time to time though I do take inspiration from others. It helps that I enjoy it too. I go to your typical clubs but I also go to a club which has a rock night and that has helped give me a better range of dance moves.

I've just made a group of friends we go out every weekend. I was alone for a while. My friends forgot about me a while after I broke up with my ex. I decided to get out there and I made friends.

I went out by myself I made friends and met lots of new people. I even reconnected with a lot of old friends. As a result everyone thinks I'm confident and ballsy.

Practice helps along with confidence and a smile. Just talk about anything, ask questions about them.

Go out. I've been going out on my own for a while. This was because my "friends" forgot that I exist (fuck them). I've made new friends and even reconnected with old ones. I feel 100% better about life because of it. However I always make my main goal to have fun so if my friends bail or forget I exist it's no big deal either way I'm going to have a good time.

I don't know how I got good at it I think it might of been me holding a relationship for nearly three years and almost getting married. For a while after that I struggled. I was in the mind set that I'm not good at being single and I had low self esteem, then I realised I got this and my newly found confidence helped a lot.

Willpower or get thrown into the deep end. All in all practice makes perfect. The best way is to get out of your comfort zone.

I recommend you check out billys' links found here. He also has some other links at the bottom of that guide which you may also find useful.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
