Because there's no miracle cure for depression. It's a complex mechanism that we don't know that much about. You can't always source out the cause as a doctor. So yes antidepressants are the way to go because they can, sometimes, improve things even though it's not a cure.

That's because medicine is so vast as a doctor you can't know about everything. If you want a doctor who knows about TRT treatment, go see an endocrinologist specialized in men's health. But please don't say that "doctors know shit about TRT". It's all about their own discipline. ofc a general practitioner won't know much about TRT treatment because it's not his job.

This. All that IF, Keto & other diets are just plain BS. If you want to lose fat, you have to burn more calories than you need. That's it.
