So in cotext - 70% of 49.7% of 24% of all relationships (in this study) have female perpetrators. Looking only at abusive relationships (24% of all relationships) that's still only 35% female perpetrators leaving 65% of men. Still heavy on the male side.

That isn't "worse" it's just more accurate to what the hotline is for. That sounds like a perfectly good service and representative of a statistical need. Maybe what they need to do is instead of having a "womens'" and "mens'" hotline have a "potential abuser" and "abused" hotline.
