Well look no further than top Indian schools if you want to see the shit show that happens when you put caste reservation based candidates in the same class as candidates of topmost performance. Exceptions aside, in my experience they were useless academically, did the most drugs on campus, and generally didn't give a shit about competing, because they couldn't. My roommate in the best engineering school in the country asked me what trigonometry is. Take from this what you will. You can't force …

Thankfully fertility rate has dropped to 1.7 here so that is not a sweeping concern

Indian here. Lived here all my life. Of course, the arranged marriages are a shit idea when forced, but more and more of my well educated friends are choosing that route, when their families (who are educated enough not to enforce things on their children) would be ok with love marriages. Dating and sex is extremely common in college campuses and major cities. If you're a person who's earning well ( that's pretty much what matters in arranged marriages), you'll get a 8-9/10 for sure. Just hope t…

I also got heavily downvoted for asking "Why is there a need for more women in STEM?" but nobody answered

She visited for 3 days and we had sex a total of 10 times. It's funny you say that because she genuinely used to tell me that she thinks I am the settler in the relationship and she believes I can do better than her while she can't.

Go to a lifting sub. r/weightroom is quite resourceful.

Go to r/weightroom I can't recommend that sub enough. Tons of quality resources with the bullshit cut out because they moderate heavily. Stay out of r/Fitness. Weightroom is where I learnt everything from. The sub is full of strong people who know their shit and are welcoming. If you want a quick view of lifting: If you're a beginner stick to a good program (not SL/SS), for example GZCL, read and learn about how to get jacked (not from youtube, not from marketers, NOT from subs that are not ab…

I didn't find it there, funnily enough. But thanks for taking notice!

Where'd you get that? I don't see it. Instead, it recommends 5/3/1 and Westside for skinny bastards. Just had a look at the FAQ. And I'm pretty sure you're joking, weightroom knows what 'weightlifting' is - its clean and clean and jerk - and SS and SL do not do those at all.

Don't do own routine, don't do SL/SS. Go to r/weightroom to learn why and how of lifting. It's a great sub with very strong people. Stay away from r/fitness.

SL 5x5 actually has too little upper body volume, not to mention the piss poor work capcity one develops.

Start something better than Stronglifts. Very honestly the program sucks. Go to r/weightroom for great lifting advice and why not to do stronglifts, and stay away from r/fitness

You could have apologized. "I said something stupid and I'll own up to the consequences. " is the best you could do IMO.

It's low volume, specially for the upper body. People end up with a piss work capacity. You could do more, recover from it, and gain better with a program that has higher volume. That's what Nsuns does well. You can't say 10 sets of benching are great in a week when I did 30 sets weekly and saw great gains (6-12 rep range), and I'm no freak. How much does the stronglifts guy bench, again?

Lot of stuff better than SL 5X5 if your goal is muscle.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
