Fair point mate, but was more thinking in the Long term for yourself and your own personal growth both in the job and outside. See it more as someone with little value for them self, that simply stay in a job that does nothing for you But give you money.

Aggre dont ever milk your job, even tho you see others do it. It simply makes yourself look like a fool, you cant imagen how many ppl i had to throw home just becuz they milk. Well fair point that you come with, the Machine i used to test it, Might have been a bit off. Just to point it out, im 25 and have stil never as i Can remember had one fat storeing in my body that i Can take on. Did struggel with anarexia into 4years ago. From there i Got from 41kilos to 65kilos.

Really depends on what kind of lifting you do. Lets say benchpress,squads,deadlift. I would always advice to master the form of the lift itself before putting weight on. I started everything with 0weight and slowly when mastered the form of the lift I would add on. Its kinda a valid point for almost every lift. I know we hate that it looks stupid, and bad. Hypergamy is just the same in religious places. I am a religious person myself, attend Church around 3-5times a week as there are many diffrend events. I dont Aggre man, i have a total diffrend view of mgtow. In 2014 I had been in and out of mental hospitals, and had multiable attempts to kill my self. And they where the reason I did keep going, and found self respect. This was before I found god.
