See things could turn ugly if this dude was pretty drunk. Calmly telling him that that isn't ok and then moving away would be a good move. What you did probably isn't a deal breaker with that girl imo.

Spray into the air and walk into it.

Have a little empathy for her and show some class. You look desperate if you keep hitting on her.

"I respect that" or "right on", and then continue talking but don't hit on her

Apologize 5000 times while staring at the ground. Back away creepily while doing this. Getting flustered and red in the face is a plus.

Many of the consequences are imagined; in my experience. This is not just about getting women. I am completely in the wrong sub for this though haha. Sometimes people don't realize that they "can" do anything. Most limits are not formed by others, but their own mind. You can go do yoga classes that will improve your health, expose you to eastern philo and meet new people. I Think alot of people "want" things in life; but do they want them more than being lazy? Try spending time in the self help section of your public library, if they don't have that you can get steven coveys 7 habits for highly successful people for like $4 on amazon. You can't afford not to try it.

Best thing is to be confident in yourself. If you know what you are worth and know what you want nothing can stop you except yourself.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
